What on Earth? No BMW is like that. Even in comfort mode AND with active suspension you feel every ripple. It’s just the way they like to make their cars. BMWs are for hard driving. If you want a floaty ride, get a lady’s car like a Mercedes or a Lexus.
The new BMWs do drive like a cloud. I have the X5 with the M sport and the car is amazing. I’ve had Mercedes, Lexus, Jeep, and a few other brands and this is by far the smoothest easiest driving car but with amazing capability. I don’t know if the M sport makes it a big difference but I have 21 inch rims with runflat tires and the right is smooth of course you can feel the bumps in the road a little bit but generally it’s almost like driving a minivan that corner like a Porsche. OK maybe not a Porsche lol but pretty damn good
The car definitely accelerates faster than what they tell you. As he was saying about the horsepower and the torque it feels like a lot more. The car just goes from 0 to 90 miles an hour and literally just a few seconds.

I’ve had a Mercedes drove awesome, I’ve had a Lexus that was like driving my own couch down the road, and then a Jeep for the last 10 years, grand Cherokee. This is by far the smoothest driving vehicle. My Jeep had hydraulic suspension and cornered amazingly for a large SUV. But this BMW is even better. I shouldn’t say this but I’ve taken 25 mile an hour exit curves and 50 miles an hour in the car doesn’t even flinch.
Hello , I bought the new X5 2022 with 22” wheels run flat. I noticed at 35mph start a minor vibration in the sterling wheels (lower than Lane Departure Warning) .Is this normal? or I just need to take my car to the dealership. The car has only around 100 miles.Anyone else noticed a different vibration at this speed range?. Thank you very much.
Same thing happens to my Tesla. I have 5k miles and they told me I have a bent rims. I would say take it to service and let them look at it. It’s still under warranty. Sorry that happened. I would say make sure there is no snow or anything under the SUV. If you a careful driver or not this will happen. Mind started around 35-40 mph and now it’s happening a lot at higher speeds.

I believe you haha. BMWs are well know for their handling. They call themselves the ultimate driving machine and they stand behind it.
