    My favorite moment is when Dragomir says, "Mike....you tell him what I have." And Matusow replies, "Show him the 3-8 offsuit or somethin'" .....Then Dragomir slams the 10-4 good buddy down on the table. The place roars in approval, poking fun at Hellmuth. And I'm a fan of Phil. But this was awesome at 8:35

    Phillips and Mabuchi play was so old but gold. Still my favourite stand off of all times. It may not be a straight vs royal flush but quad aces against a royal is really something nobody would fold and anybody will go all in

      Chris The Cannon KJ with a bdfd should get to the turn in most cases here, unless Mabuchi bets (too) big ott, which would be a mistake anyways. Can`t be results oriented.

      Looks like Phillips was in position aswell, so a fold to a cbet (Mabuchi should check too set here some % of the time too) would be too weak/a mistake with a gutshot+bdfd

This was the final table and maybe it was a time to be a bit casual with how they will all just be millionaires so "hoorah hoorah let's have some fun"..., but that's a bit overboard for him to touch shit like that.

      Hilarious, but he obviously has no bad intentions. He is a rec player and they sometimes make these unnecessary comments at the wrong time. Just like Darwin Moon telling Phil Ivey "good hand", right before the obvious bad beat was gonna happen. Any experienced player will usually handle it well and be nice to the fish.

      Standard these days, Q10 suited potentially a three-bet for some aggressive players. Back in this era of poker you only 'called' raises pre-flop if you had more established hands like A/K-10 or a pocket pair as raising pre-flop was much less standard and usually indicated an AX hand.

    First hand Q-10 that dude didn't absolutely nothing out of the ordinary or unreasonable. I think most poker players with any amout of skill either online/live would have played it the exact same way.
    Edit: Phil's flop bet gave Levy 3:1 on a call to hit an open ended straight. I don't care who you are you're never folding there unless it's a call for your tournament life.
