Those two plastic sheets are from the tigger switch. They should be fixed inside of the back panel. Make sure to put them in the correct position so when you put back the front part of the controller, you won’t damage the plastic sheets with the trigger switch. Hope that helps.

Would the silicon pads from a regular Dualsense fit in the Edge? Asking because on mine the buttons feel much more mushy than the one the console came with so I'm wondering if I could just swap the silicon button pads to retain the feel.
Most dualsense edge are like that or worst, i have replaced like 3 controllers andsome are worst, he mentioned in this video that he put a link for the rubber buttons thing in the description but its not there. Im trying to fix mine, did you fix yours? Amazon does sell the conductive rubber pads but its specified for dualsense so i dont know if it works on the edge. Someone on reddit said he had to cut the rubber from the dualsense to transfer it to the edge

Hello! My back buttons are not working anymore.. and when a button is assigned for example to X, the regular X button also does not work. However, when I change to default profile, the normal X buttons works again. Do you maybe know what the issue could be?
