Been vibin' with In Flames since I was kid, so cool to see a drummer like a Tanner take the reigns from Daniel Svensson.
Same, it's absolutely wild to see them continue to put out good music and perform at a high level after all these years.
Drum brothers ... In Flames released some shockingly good music recently. Never give in. Always keeo the "Flame In" your heart burning.
This was an awesome video and Tanner is far too humble. In Flames' latest LP is a whopper of an album and his drumming is perfect for the songs. Also love how he's super honest about taking certain songs easier to make sure he doesn't gas himself out, it's what we all do really.
I appreciate him thinking of the old school fans who love the original music. I think Daniel's parts were so smart and always played to the song really well.

Being a fan of the band since the late 90s and only finally seeing them on that tour last December, on the very last date, it was an absolute blast and Tanner KILLED IT!!!

that was a great video. Seeing these guys live in 2019 when I had the VIP meet and greet experience in Portland, Maine was one of the best concerts of my life so far. Did not see them this year because of the venue not having great sound in the opening bands just not being, my kind of metal so didn’t want to ruin the great experience. I had back in the day. Hope that In Flames comes back to Portland Maine and plays aura again or the cross insurance Arena teamed up with another awesome metal band like Soilwork or something similar.

Inflames RULLLLES
In Flames used to be legendary in my eyes. Now I see them as a good band but one that makes songs that don't resonate with me anymore. If I wandered into their set now I'd have no clue who's playing for the first 10 songs. That is mostly due to vocals though. Anyway it was interesting to see what they're up to lately.
Yea they totally drifted from the classic era.
kinda funny playing Behind Space since there is no one left in the band when it was recorded. so its like theyre covering a song.
Well at the release of Lunar strain it was all session musicians and Jesper played the drums and guitar, Mikael was never really a member, he did session vocals then went into DT

He's in The Halo Effect now, but he took some time off (2016, I think ) and has a brewery with Peter in Sweden.
