    No alarm actually really works well. BUT I have done a lot of binurial beats so I respond well to when it goes up at the end.

    I got your binaural beats pack, so for study would you recommend me looping the 1hour 30min file ? My sessions can last upto 6 to 8 hours.

      You're not supposed to listen this for such long periods, listen to 90 mins one take a break for a few hours and do another 90 mins, u can increase it gradually and train ur brain

      Indeed, be nice to your brain and body! To really maximize learning, take a short nap after every 90-minute study session. And don't forget to exercise. And eat quality food ;)
