    Hi jody! I would be forever grateful if you could make a power nap for 1h. It takes me a long time to sleep so i would like to sleep at least for 30minutes but it usually takes me 20-30 minutes to actually stop thinking and sleep. The longer ones you have dont actually go from the alpha to theta and then alpha state to wake up. And i dont want to go into a “deep” sleep. I listen to this everyday and it would be so helpful. Thank you for your hard work always. ❤

    Normally i try to avoid having short sleeps because i can’t wake up from those and end up waking in the morning. But thanks to this i immediately woke up when sound ends.

    I find this very effective along with the other Jody posts. A question, I use them without headphones and via my phone or Alexa Shadow. I still find them extremely effective and sense when I start going into dream state as I get random thoughts and images. Nothing else works in the same way and this wonder if the devices I use have a stereo effect and this the benefit. Looking forward to finding my old headphones as I have given up with my Bluetooth ones. Any thoughts?

      No they doesn't have the binaural effect. U just think u are feeling sleep or stuff cause of that white noise or beats u are hearing.

      The problem with naps over 30 minutes: good chance of going into deep sleep, and sabotaging your night-time rest. That said, I do have a 60-minute sleep track.

      There definitely shouldn't be any popping sounds. Try rebooting your device, using a different device, different headphones, disabling any filters, enhancers, bass boost... 🙂

      IMO it becomes more effective the more you use it. For me it can be seconds or up to 5 minutes
