You know what's easier than becoming a sponsored skateboarder? starting your own board company. 1) find a good deck supplier (easy) 2) Get a Graphic Design student who wants to build a portfolio and design some cool GFX (relatively easy) 3) Just make sure you've got skating down. no need to be gnarly, just enough to scrape by. The most important thing is a unique persona, outspoken and have some funny lines or be autistic like the Revive team. (medium-hard) 4) Read some clickbait tutorials and Spam youtube hints : "how to

Great idea, Steve, it's really beneficial in the sense that you keep it real with your followers, if you feel the skating sucks, you aren't afraid to say so while providing a reason for why you feel that way so it doesn't just sound like you're talking smack. Its also cool that this series is entertaining while providing us with more knowledge about what companies truly look for. and who better to take advice then from someone who actually owns a legit skate company.
Ninja: This isn't for your entertainment, but you can be damn sure that you will be entertained. Lol great series man, the hard honest truth is very nice.

I hate how people are hating on this series with "DON'T WATCH THE FREAKIN TAPE IF YOU KNOW IT IS GONNA BE TERRIBLE!" and stuff like that. He even said that he doesn't watch the tapes that say stuff like: "I can do way better but these are some clips blah blah blah." He watches the serious tapes that may actually be sponsor worthy and he looks at them from a sponsor's standpoint. If you owned a company, would you want to pump money into someone who can ollie a gap? Or would you put money into someone who can do GOOD tricks? Yeah, that's what I thought. By the way Ninja, I love this series! Keep it up because it will help many skaters looking to be sponsored
