I like the first violin the best. It's more sonorous. The others are more subtle, it's true, but I like to enjoy the richness of the sound. The first one is more suitable for that.
2 was actually really good... Suggestion: Please hide the names of the strings while you are playing them and then reveal which ones they were at the end to avoid name bias (since I suspect some people are choosing #3 based on the name but they did not cover the names). When I covered the names intentionally, I really loved #2 based on the sound alone (and not the name/cover art of the packaging). Larsen Tzigane
#1 sounded warm and more compact. Might not carry as far. #2 was more open than #1. #3 seemed to have more power and brilliancy. Sounded like it would be the pick for projection. It would be very interesting to hear all 3 again, but from a distance.... to hear how well they carry.
The pirastro was very warm and brilliant together in the high notes. The first one was pretty high pitched but cold on the lower end the larsen was more brilliant i would say
1) general all rounder; muffled resonance (less precise tones) 2) muffled start, but clear resonance with strong down & up bows 3) full tonal range resonance, but most expensive
I feel like playing just the E and a little A shows very little. The E is just a wire and the differences usually are minor on a recording, except the Pirazzi Gold is stainless steel so it has a unique shimmer to it (but unfortunately it tends to sound bad in very high positions)
Judging from the this device's output. For me the last one felt better. The first one sounded so smooth as if there were no any texture in the sound. 2nd one also felt just little bit better than 1st one. If you like smooOOOOTH sound, 1st one is for you :D
I prefer the third. They are much more resonant and warm and it feels like they are free to express what they are attended to😮👍🎻 Btw: what piece are you playing? It sounds so cool
Number 1 sounds britter and the notes are clear, although I tend to favour number 2 for its warmth in this piece it sounds constricted and you can’t hardly hear the double stops. Number 3 is definitely clearer than 3 but for this piece in my opinion does not sound as good as number 1

1st sounds loose, 2nd is too "tight," and the 3rd one is PERFECT.
EXACTLY!
Number 3 is deep , calming and worm ... i love how you played the violin 🎻 😊❤
Number 3 was the worst
@@kristofcallebaut9281 Thank you for your elightment 😊

After trying out several different strings in the past I tried Evah Pirazzi. To me nothing can top this rich and brillant sound.
Im just now upgrading my violin and strings. 2 years in but starting to feel more confident! Do I go for the Evah P. regulars or gold?
For me the nr. 3 is the best and the nr. 2 the baddest it's sound tight
#1 for me!
I believe 1 and 3 are my favorites 😊
3 has a very sweet texture ❤
#1 is my favorite
#1 is my favorite and #3 second
Always Pirastro!

#1 hands down 😊
I think the Larsen were very strong and focused. The EP Golds were more rounded with a lower bottom end to the sound. The D’Addario were too tinny.
However I’ve used the EV golds before and prefer the greens now.
1 sounds good and versatile
Eva forever 💪
Yes they get more quiet in a way but more warm and less screech
1) general all rounder; muffled resonance (less precise tones)
2) muffled start, but clear resonance with strong down & up bows
3) full tonal range resonance, but most expensive

Yes . Last is better by far
#1D'Addario I am using. ..

Pirastro are my go to for e string and I did dominant strings for the rest. Created a pretty rounded sweet sound.
I prefer the third. They are much more resonant and warm and it feels like they are free to express what they are attended to😮👍🎻

Serenade by Drdla. A performance video is now up on my channel.
They all sound good to me!
My high-end hearing is shot, but I preferred the pure tone in the upper register of the Pirastros.
Number 1 sounds britter and the notes are clear, although I tend to favour number 2 for its warmth in this piece it sounds constricted and you can’t hardly hear the double stops. Number 3 is definitely clearer than 3 but for this piece in my opinion does not sound as good as number 1
I tried the gold E string in the past but can't recommend it. It screeched a lot on string crossings to open E
Pirazzi sounds best in my opinion. The other two you can hear the newness. But the pirazzi just sounds beautiful.
Pirastro! Tried and tested.
Which one is more recommended? Thanks. I love the third one
Perfect! Just what I needed! Don't know what strings to buy as I am a 1st year adult beginner!
Yay 👏
I have Pro Arte on my violin and can't wait to change them, They are too quiet and the E is too high pitched for my ear.
The third one is the best quality one.
what piece do you play
Serenade by Drdla
And please what piece is this
Serenade by Drdla
I use #3.
The gold no 3 is overall best. Then no 2 is a bit more romantic . No 1 comes last for me.
The first sounds well-rounded.
The second sounds milder.
The Evah's sound even milder.
3 please
RIP Intonation 😢
NR 1 DADARIO CALDO. NR 2 TZIGANE SOLAR POWER.
Pirastro (3) rules! Richest sound.
1 and 3
#3 Evah
#3 for me
For me, I think I like the second one
1 thankyou no 2 no 3
Evah pirazzi was outstanding😅
OMG 3 is like a real violin 😅
Tzigane for me
#3!
Being a beginner, my ear isn’t trained well enough to hear the difference.
Number 3
I like 1 more
Nomber one
New violin??
Nope, one I’m reviewing 👍🏻
