    Hi Darling.. you're really a DARLING to me..
    I was totally upset with me my weight after my second post pregnancy.. then i came across this video of yours.. so i started following your 7am to 7pm diet plan.. am really happy the way i got the results out of it..
    I saw this video by the month of September when i was weighing 84kgs which i reduce from 90kgs with soooo much of hard diet (literally i cant explain)again which depressed me so much..
    Later this video helped me from then on.. so by September i started this diet.. and now finally my weight is 76.9(November)which i cant even believe still..
    Though there is not much visible difference in me..( because of no physical exercises )
    Still i myself could feel the difference in ms which was again encouraging for me to reduce more.
    Now being a new mom physical exercises in not possible.. so only with dieting this happened..
    Thank you so much for this video.. am really enjoying this only because of you!
    This might me a big message.. still wanted to post because .. some or the other may feel helpful..

    Hey Hun I don't know what I wrote before but the video did get me very emotional. Only because I went through so much of negativity regarding my weight.     Even I have the tendency of gaining weight...😭😭 During my pregnancy I gained 26kg weight... After dieting and brisk walk I lost almost 22kg of weight... But now I gained lot if weight...     Wahooo .. Amazing, you should have more of these chit chat videos, its really good. I have been having cinnamon tea for the last 6 months and it has really helped.       I thot of leaving my coffee addiction for 2 years. Then I was diagnosed of being prediabetic. That day I left Coffee and Sugar. Started Intermittent fasting with clean eating. I lost 10 kgs with better skin and hair. No more prediabetic too.

    Hi Shweta I must say this is the best video on weighloss I have seen till date. Thank you so much for this :) I have actually book marked this video so that i can watch it to keep myself motivated. I am trying to tone down and lose few kilos but the biggest prob I feel is I get bored or I tend to suddenly binge eat in between. I have also cut of red meat from my diet. I will surely try to follow this and see how it works out for me. Its really simple and and nice love this method Loads of luv xoxo :)

      Where and how do you talk to your viewers ? Would be surreal but nice to talk to you ...     One thing I noticed that ur speech ... u are so charming and motivational , I did air hostess training from frank Finn institute But couldn’t got a job as I got a some scares on my elbow and started working for hotel ( Marriott international ) after watching ur videos I m feeling like why I couldn’t give more efforts like you otherwise mai bhi kuch ban jati felling so so regretting .. now I have a baby girl and I also wants to loose some weight but Bez of ovee I can not got to gym , can you plz plz plz give me suggestion how I can reduce my weight .. my height is 5.4 inc and my weight is 68 kgs 😔

    hahaha I agree, with born n raised in DUBAI food is like oxygen hahaaa. same thing with me, I was born n raised in JEDDAH- KSA and girl here theres only food and food thats it lol there is nothing else apart from beach - so we all just go out and eat and eat and eat more!! I have seen a lot of people talking about blood group diet. will def give it a try.

    I am an emotional eater too. I wasn't like that during my childhood days, then again it might have been like that because my amma didn't really allow much fast food or baked goods into our home. But now that im older and buy my own groceries, i find myself reaching for those sugary things when im stressed about life in general. And its gotten worse as i was diagnosed with pcos and we are trying to get pregnant. That should make me get on a proper diet and exercise routine and try to be better, insted im too stressed to do anything. It feels like im going in circles. The doctor told me again to loose weight and kept nodding. Not really sure how to get out of this.

    Loved the video..thanks:). Just a doubt. I have always heard and believed that we should start the morning with warm water and lemon for better metabolism. You are suggesting cold water. Could you please explain why cold is better than warm water in the morning?
