Thank you for this video. It's been the most helpful hair extension application video I've seen. We didn't get to learn much of this in cosmetology school so I appreciate a good video like this
Ruben, since I got certified with DB all tricks you taught us contributed a great deal to my success! Recommend your hands-on class to everyone! Thanks
Ruben, Would you mind sharing what is your preferred extension method (i-tip, keratin bond, tape, etc)? And Which is least damaging to hair? Thank you!
Rachel Salapka Hi Rachel!! With all the different scenarios clients give us as a canvas or starting point, I'd have to say my favorite extension method is the one that's going to best suite my clients hair and lifestyle! Getting familiar with all the methods Donna Bella offers allows us artists to determine which one would be best for the clients hair. As for least damaging, Donna Bella teaches an integrity focus approach on each method so we as artists can be confident with any and every method we use. When extensions are installed with this approach, the client should only lose the hair that would have naturally shedded. Aftercare and removal are also key in being sure the clients hair stays the main priority! Hope this helps! ✌️✌️✌️
I love the natural look with this type of.extensions, but once they take them off I loose all my hair due to hair nots. Am I the only one that suffers with this problem
Hi Jessica! We recommend following the tips below when washing your hair with any of our professional extensions: Try to wash your hair as infrequently as possible. Use sulfate-free shampoo on your scalp and a sulfate-free conditioner from the mid shaft to the ends. Wash your hair in one direction. Avoid washing your hair upside down. Don’t scrunch up your hair or rub it harshly to prevent tangling. After rinsing your hair, gently wring out the water so it’s not dripping wet. For extra smooth hair, add a hair mask to the midshaft down. Comb through any tangles and air dry, if possible. If you use a blow dryer, apply a heat protectant first.
Hi Loren! We highly recommend getting our Kera-Link installed by a Donna Bella certified stylist. You can find one near you on our stylist directory found on our website.
I just tried to do extensions like this. I wish i had watched this video first rather than the others i watched. It turned out terribly. Literally looks like i just glued spaghetti noodles into my hair. It's so embarrassing, i do not know how to fix it, and these were EXPENSIVE!!. I feel hopeless.
You are such a professional with so much respect for the industry. This was very comprehensively explained. Thank you for uploading this.

hi there. nice work. do you have any tips for keratin bead fusion?. I am just getting into the hair extension side of hair industry. thank you.
Twisting can create too much tension or pulling on the hair. I think minimal twisting and rolling minimizes pulling from the scalp and less hair loss
Can you please tell what the pros and cons of these Extensions
Can you do a video on placement
Nd also show us how to take out?
Do you offer a one on one virtual lesson?
I wonder how many bundles I would need to purchase to cover my whole head?
We recommend 5-7 packs depending on the thickness of your hair. :)

It’s a very big capsule, why you don’t use micro capsules.
