@@ellabae10 yes pony tails are easy with the machine or hand tied wefts. If my client has medium to thick hair I always use a machine weft. Especially if they are active like you are in sports. They are more durable. Good luck, and feel free to ask me any questions you have!
I wanted to try Ktips extensions for holidays. Now it’s day 10 and I’m taking them off in two days. It’s hard to sleep with them, hard to wash. I can’t properly massage my scalp.
How was she supposed to brush the hair above the bonds before the removal thou? I do brush my hair but it just doesn't make semse that the hair would not matt just cause you brush below the bond..
The last time I got bonds out they used a comb on my very long very knotty hair and caused my scalp to bleed and hair to come out - they then said it’s my fault as I must have a dry and sensitive scalp. This never happened before or since so I’m hoping when I get my current finds out soon that the new hairdresser using a proper hair brush not a comb 🤞 Edit: I wash each individual bond and brush root to tip regularly, as well as sleep with a plait nightly so I’m doing my part as best I can too 😂🤞
Why wash every individual bond? Sounds excessive, probably cause extra matting. Just wash like usual, the bonds don't hold extra dirt, if it's wheft then ubwash along the part where thread is. Gently wash with good shampoo, like she said row by row and a good detangler (7 seconds leave in is Mt absolute favorite)

Do you do move ups with your clients with the keratin?? I started doing keratin about two months ago.. and I was told you can move them up just never seen it done before. And is 6months common for clients with the kera-link? Thank you 😊
Great question! You can rebond them but I personally like removing them and installing a fresh set because it’s easier for me, and they look fresher in my opinion. However, if I do weft or iLinks, then I will reuse the hair and move them up!
Please can anyone assist me i want to change my hair color from dark brown to ginger but I'm still having my micro keratin hair extensions can i dye my hair while still having my extensions on ? I got them 3 months ago but now i want to change my hair color
Hi! I have these currently and I just noticed I have the biggest knot/Matt hair section. How do I unmatt/untangle please help 😢 I tried conditioner on it and letting it set and use other products for detangling and tried brushing it out but nothing helps… Please help me 😭 any advice?
@@user-eo8yz4vw7z I ended up contacting my stylist and he was nice enough to get me in he ended up pulling them apart and having to take a couple off but not too much. Stil looked good after
Oily scalp is tough with extensions but if I had to pick one type for you, it would be the KeraLinks. I would strongly advise a plan to neutralize your scalp to prepare it for extensions
How to you brush at the regrowth with these?!?! Seems impossible. Are you supposed to not scrub your natural hair when you have these? I would think no
I would just take that short down… either way there’s natural hair loss like you said. People won’t understand that. Rather keep gluing wigs to their edges and ripping them off 🤣
I always getting matting, no matter what 😢
It’s really hard to brush through the hair to begin with
Wow her hair looks so good after the removal 🤩
Amazing!! You are a gentle angel ❤
Where do you get the tool you used from? Thanks for the video!
How do you charge for a removal versus an adjustment move up?
when i’m not sure, i base fees on time consumption.
I think she would LOVE the machine weft. That’s what I have and you can’t beat the volume and the time saved
Are you still able to wear your hair up, I’m debating on this type of extension bc I play sports and scared I can’t wear ponytails without it showing

Matting happens when the new growth comes in and it's not attached to the bond and its not brushed.
Question, if she shed instead of removing her 'human hair' why not level it at the tip and keep that as extra hair when rebonding the tips?
I suppose you could inccorporate her hair shed into the rebond but the old bond still needs to be cut off making it slightly shorter.
@@MirellaManelli agree
What is best was to brush the regrowth between scalp and bond? I brush 2/3 times a day and recently not all but some of them feels matted like?
I use a no-snag brush and separate the hair with my fingers
can you re-use removed extensions?
You can, just look at the quality of hair if it’s not too damaged
Not the K tips

Yes, you can still color your hair with extensions. As long as its deposit only color.
