Nice home what I could tell but the camera whooshing really fast between rooms makes it hard to see the layout

We can ship to Texas. Our park models are considered RVs so they do not qualify for a VA loan. You would have to proceed with a RV or personal loan. @@jeepsanddragons

How good does this hold up in Florida Hurricane winds?
Our park models are built to ANSI code therefore they do not carry a wind zone certification as a HUD code would.
MASTER BEDROOM NEEDS TO BE BIGGER
Our 1 bedroom floor plan offers a bit larger bedroom.
I agree the video wasn't great ...I would like to see wide angle of the full house ...You couldn't really tell the layout you just saw parts of it

We include stackable washer/dryer hookups; however the actual machine isn't included in our appliance package.

The walls are just awful. Why do these home manufacturers make the VOG walls with such terrible patterns? Not one of my favorite models I’ve seen. I do think the shower surround/tile is nice.
It's understandable that everyone has different tastes when it comes to interior design. Home manufacturers often aim to create designs that appeal to a broad range of preferences, but it's impossible to please everyone. As mentioned below, we also offer a white shiplap & tongue/groove interior wall option as well.
