Why not just drywall. Not a fan of a pattern on every wall and the seams. Nope.
@@truthseeker419 Tape/texture Sheetrock will arrive to the customer cracked due to transport. We try to limit as much risk of transport damages as possible.
My dream tiny house would be a bedroom that has a decent size closet and then I can fit my bed perfectly in any way I want to then I wouldn’t want a bathroom that is big enough for my shower chair and give me plenty of space to move aroundI just need a kitchen, but lots of plugs
The exterior is very attractive, the inside is nice enough, but very functional. The big porch is nice, that reduces interior living space, but it's always nice to have some sort of porch no matter how small. Most of these work for me because I'm single. But for example of you really had two kids sleeping in those bunk beds that would only work for a few years, and that living room better be a play room. For me that room would be an office. Another thing is that you don't always need full size appliances. I was looking at some 1 room studio apartments which looked nice, but one corner was the kitchen with a large wrap-around countertop, and all full size appliances. It looked ridiculous, and consumed a lot of living space unnecessarily.

Nice looking on the outside but oh man the inside is just horrible. I don't understand why these manufacturers continue to use the most unattractive VOG walls inside these homes. Can they not just make the VOG white or solid color? Hopefully this home has an option for drywall instead of VOG.
Thanks for the feedback! A white VOG would be very nice but unfortunately is not available with our suppliers. Tape/texture drywall looks very nice; however, it runs a big risk of cracking during transport. We do offer tongue/groove or a painted white pine shiplap interior for customers to choose from instead of the VOG.

We use outswing front entry doors to maximize the interior space.

The walls are just awful. Why do these home manufacturers make the VOG walls with such terrible patterns? Not one of my favorite models I’ve seen. I do think the shower surround/tile is nice.
It's understandable that everyone has different tastes when it comes to interior design. Home manufacturers often aim to create designs that appeal to a broad range of preferences, but it's impossible to please everyone. As mentioned below, we also offer a white shiplap & tongue/groove interior wall option as well.

Yes do I get a washer and dryer? I love these homes hey are beautiful!!
We include stackable washer/dryer hookups; however the actual machine isn't included in our appliance package.

Can I rent it in the park??
This park model isn't set up in a park for rent.
How good does this hold up in Florida Hurricane winds?
Our park models are built to ANSI code therefore they do not carry a wind zone certification as a HUD code would.

Our 1 bedroom floor plan offers a bit larger bedroom.

Yes! Our park models are RVIA certified so they are able to be placed in tiny home communities.

We can ship to Texas. Our park models are considered RVs so they do not qualify for a VA loan. You would have to proceed with a RV or personal loan. @@jeepsanddragons
