Love the drying rack! More to self. Buy drying rack. I use a roaster. It can keep the water warm as I am grabbing more material to dye.

I love the drying rack. Usually, I dry my paper in the oven, but there are some things I can’t do that with. And I learned what a big mess I can make when dyeing fabric. Yes, it’s me, the one who stained stainless steel!
My must-have when I’m dyeing stuff is freezer paper. I use it the protect my surfaces and catch the drips. Then, once they’re good and stained, I can use the paper in a journal or a fuse it to something (fabric or other paper), since one side is lined with plastic. I love it!

I still kinda use my $store pans like you have, but I dont put hot stuff in them, and just use when I dye lace. I have a big pyrex dish I use when I die paper in the house, and love hanging the papers, lace, etc on the cloth horse I have. I never use my oven etc for drying my papers :)
