@Joseph Quīnque word, this was a great video two different perspectives of the same area. there's a ton of chinese spots, but like they mentioned they are dying out, so it's dope for them to give a shoutout to some of the OG spots left

When Ryan took him to the spot where him and his father had taken a photo together in the past, you see Mac's eyes change when he walks inside. It's like he opened a door in his memories which he didn't even remember was there. That's touching. Great episode.

His friend is ON POINT...it's going to be very difficult to replace the traditional Chinese culinary dishes once the older chefs retire. Must find a way to PRESERVE and retain the Chinese traditional recipes like Law Mai Gai!

What a beautiful video, it's more like a documentary like some of the other comments mentioned. It makes you want to be there enjoying every moment with everyone around. Great content!! I grew up in San Francisco CA and as a kid I loved going to Chinatown and exploring the different shops, even now that I'm older every time I get a chance to go to San Francisco, I like taking my kids, especially to eat. I've visited New York's Chinatown a few years back, so watching this video brought me back. Great job China Mac!!

Mac your channel is so inspiring. You’re making money in so many different ways and not letting yourself be boxed in at all. It’s so cool to see someone doing that, especially from the hip-hop community. In an era where originality seems to be really be lacking right now it’s a breathe of fresh air to see someone hitting the game from so many different angles. Don’t ever stop Mac you’re an inspiration for us all. These Mac eats, your interviews, and your music get me through these tough days. Thanks so much man.

China Mac, I enjoy watching your channel Mac Eats. I’ve been going to that Chinese restaurant since I was a child as well as my family. Love their food, roast duck, pork and I always get their roast or steam pork buns....delicious😋. I now live in ATL but I go there every time I go to Brooklyn to visit family. Hope they always stay in business. They’re quality and quantity of food has not wavered. I’m getting hungry just looking at you guys eat!

It's so awesome you share the history of Chinatown and the authentic food that's been traditional in your culture...it's sad to see that traditions fade because the newer generation doesn't understand how important it is and what our ancestors had to go thru for us to be here today ....am elder once said to me " once one loses their culture ...they lose themselves and are lost with no identity"
Keep up the good work friend I love your videos
