- サドルの適正な高さ。意外と知らない人も多い??
1センチ違うだけでとっても乗りやすくなったり、逆に体を痛めたり。
一度、自分のサドル高さを見直してみるキッカケにこんな動画どうでしょう。

The bike turns corners AND it leans over.
Seat height changes the bike's lean over performance.
Seat height has Nothing to Do with comfortable feeling.
You CHOOSE - Do you want to steer or lean over?
Or you tune the height for 50 50 steering AND lean over performance.
You're Not riding pedal 100,000 times bikes for comfort.

サドルの角度の調整を教えて下さい！
基本はサドル上面を地面と平行にすれば良いと思います。
サドルが波打ってる時は物差しやハードカバーの本などをサドルの上に置いてその面が地面と平行になっていればいいです。
ブルックスの皮サドルなどちょっと滑り易いものは少しだけ前を上げると調子いい場合があります。
