I just turned 46. I grew up in Northeast Jersey and there wasn't an ice hockey program in my area. The best I could get was street hockey and then a few years of inline from age 17-22. Joined the Marines and took many years off. 2 years ago at 44 I found an ice hockey program geared towards older beginners. Back in the day we didn't use the butterfly style really. It was a very steep learning curve but I've been at it both ice and inline again for a couple of years now and am getting pretty good. Luckily my reflexes and puck tracking are still on point. But I just wanted to say your school is definitely producing the cream of the crop and those kids are blessed to have that kind of instruction. I know if I did I'd be retired from the NHL by now. Haha.... Keep up the good work. 👍🏼
Started playing goalie ( on roller ) 6 months ago. Ive watched every video and gotten so much better. Ive even played some AA tournaments now. I love this channel in particular because the videos are not only very informational but entertaining. Most goalie videos are informational but very boring to watch and not much effort it put in. Keep up the good work.
