Welcome aboard! Thanks for stopping by to leave a comment, Just to get you prepared I have also recently re discoverd crappie fishing so you might see some of that on my channel as well but I do have 15 years of hardcore catfishing videos to browes through but for 2023 im gonna mix it up a bit, I just dont want to misrepresent myself . thanks again and I hope you stick around.
Hey Steve, long time fan and supporter!! I was wondering how hard it would be to charter a fishing trip with you? I spoke to you some time ago about something I was working on, but I never did get it done. My oldest son is amazed by the monsters you catch and mentioned to me, how fun it would be to go on a fishing trip with you. Great job catching the big ones as you always seem to do!! Stay safe and keep em hooked.
Nice fish Stwve as always. I bought a 20 ' Hewescraft pro V. I'll be getting it the first week of March. What setup of rod holders would you recommend? Would you use something like a muliti bar setup with your monster rod holders. I am planning on getting my setup at catcon. Any help would be appreciated
im kinda parcel to what I'm running on my boat in this video its my Corner T, its tight to the sides, clean, and strong the multibar however cool it may be, it does take up too much room on the style boat i have similar to that hewescraft. That multi bar is to extend your bar upwards so you dont have to bend. with that hewescraft they are already going to be up in your waist area.
@Steve Douglas yep see I knew you would have a good take on it and point out somethings I did not think of. Do you have that corner T on the website or will u have some up at cat con. How many rod holders fits on each corner T ?
Sitting here in north western pa having withdrawals from not catching a flathead since October. Our rivers are flooded so can't even go catch channels. Me and my son are counting down the days till we can go flathead fishing around trout season staring is when I start going beginning of april. I use trout as bait it's legal here but for some reason we can't use carp dead or cut lmao
Nice fish there! I'm planning on fishing the Ohio River in February of this year. Any advice for shore angling? I know it's hard to break old habits, but Steve, I cringe every time I see your thumb inside a big cat mouth. I would advise using gloves or fish grippers. Your thumb will thank you.

Not a bad day Steve, all of em was around the 20lb mark. You can't complain about that.

🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
you ought to send the old fisherman in south corolina to test them out he mainly likes crappie, strippers, bluegill perch and the smaller catfish
How do you use your live scope on the back of the boat
Damn that cutting board is nasty. Lol
