Fixing a CRASHED trailer in 1 hour

I got a call to "Straighten" the back of a trailer, then this thing showed up...
My reaction was: "Brother this thing is totaled"
So the plan massively changed and we got to work
Using only a skidsteer, sledgehammer, map gas torch, chain, and a "cable winch", we did what we could.
How do you think we did?

to align at the back, it was necessary to turn the trailer upside down, load the sides and lift with a jack in the center, it would be much easier and faster.
