- It's been a very distressing time for us, suddenly facing the reality that our Vanlife is over. We have made plans to continue this travelling lifestyle for many more years but, things happen that could turn our plans upside down in an instant.
So by making one last trip before we dismantle the van, it could clear our minds and inspire us to make alternative plans that may turn out to be better.

Yes, all the Romanians we encountered are very friendly. Waiters/waitresses would do the extra mile to make you enjoy the moment. People we met on the street are very communicative, it helps that they speak English.
Charlie eats everything. We give him milk for breakfast so he's used to it.
We love Romanian sausages, too, in fact we bought some for home.
We didn't buy Cavernet but we had Romanian wine with our restaurant meals.
We love Romania, so civilized, and the women are well-dressed!

Yes, it's particularly bad for Luis who built it to last and give us a comfortable tiny home on wheels, but we have to remain positive and continue making travel plans for the future, vanlife or not!
