Does it make noises?
Not at all if packed properly...if any strap end is hanging it will knock on car body
Any difference in mileage and speed , will it effect aerodynamics of car.
We use to drive fast previously....
But for many Highways there is speedlimit ...we did accordingly...

I am still not sure how to confront traffic police on any junction about it's legality.
RTO rules aren't really clear about that and states have their own rules as well.

We faced traffic police In Maharashtra .. Tell him to show online..thar it is illegal..he won't be able to so ..we tried it.. While travelling.. In Mp.. UP.. गुजरात Nobody raised issue..
But it is not allowed in hilly area..
Doesn't it dent the car roof top as direct weight is placed on it ? Normally the weight is supposed to be carried by the mount-points on roof rail. It is an interesting solution, but worried about the denting aspect.

We placed..8 peoples baggage ...which was enough for 13 days
@@AyeshaMansoor thank you ma'am. Very impressive. Looks like the seller no longer provides extra hooks. Also the hooks are not available separately. Loosing one of them will render whole thing useless. Is there any other solution to tie them down if hooks are lost ?
Most SUV's have reinforced roof, so unless you are carrying very heavy weight, They should be fine. But the major problem here are for cars with side airbags, They won't deploy properly in case of accident.
