- The all-new Mercedes-Benz CLA is now called the CLA Coupe and sold as a CLA 250 4Matic in the Canadian market. This all-new model shares some parts with the A-Class sedan but has a wider track to accentuate the handling and look of the new CLA. Powering this new compact 5-passenger sedan is a 2.0L turbo 4-cylinder with 221hp, matched to an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The interior of the all-new Mercedes CLA Coupe is equipped with the new MBUX system featuring two 7-inch screens or optional 10.25-inch screens. Great video , just would have been great if there was a mention of the dimensions and how it compares to both the C class and the A class sedan .
This is a big styling improvement over the previous one which looked somewhat odd, especially from the rear. Personally I'd still take the A250 hatch, but this car will appeal to a lot of people who may not like the C Class.

I agree they are better in many ways, but it the prev generation looked better. Just my opinion.
Coupe is a sloping roofline, nothing else. nothing to do with the hood.. just a correction.
MBUX is not the screen its the Mercedes Benz User eXperience ( software ).

There is already an AMG version out.
No there isn't, "AMG" style bumpers and wheels don't make it a proper fire breathing AMG. Many C class drivers in the UK have made that mistake.

mind boggling that they'd want to equip Canadian cars WITHOUT adaptive suspension as an option - our roads are terrible.
I’m having a hard time with the tablet style instrument display.
Hard to choose between CLA 250 and the A class.
If you carry adults/bigger kids - get the A-Class. If you want more of a sporty car, get the CLA - I have the A-Class myself. I wish I would had waited for the CLA 250, more specifically the AMG35

you will realize the difference when you test drive both. cla has a much better ride.
I don’t like the new idea for the interior. The entertainment instruments suck.... they limited themselves to put a large television in the car and didn’t think in a way that the television fits in. They did in the old generation of Mercedes and now a bit better but it’s still gross. However the design is beautiful and elegant.
I hate watching the new cla reviews because my cla is now outdated :(

€55k in my country. Without AMG package but with almost everything else
AMG package isnt that expensive in my country. Every third A class got it here.

My only complaint is the dashboard, looks so budget car. Like something you'd see in a Nissan versa or a scion/Toyota entry level sedan. Looks toyish. Good thing they added the dual screens and the ambient lighting otherwise it would look ridiculous.

This car looks like it has performance but doesn’t. It probably no longer has the CLA cheaper price either. Just buy a 2018 AMG Mercedes instead.

the engine of the new cla e250 is from renault dacia. the same as the hybrid system, and that is not a positive thing, etc but the opposite and you also buy and pay for a mercedes benz and you get a renault ,, at a premium price , the cla 250 gasoline engine if it is authentic mercedes benz and goes quite well the same as the a 220 more balanced and cheap but good engine, the other 163 hp and 134 hp engine are also renault dacia and that is again negative for a premium brand like mercedes benz its alliance with generalist brands is only good to earn more money but defrauding its customers buying cheap motors of inferior quality and they sell them at premium prices very badly for that reason, I don't like that stupid fashion to save costs and quality to suppress the front fog lamps by false cheap plastic air intakes and holes that are absolutely useless, better a beautiful front fog lamps and led daytime running lights at the bottom of the antero. ,, What huge grille holes and ugly plastics etc and the same happens with the new models of audi and other premium brands. Very expensive and little standard equipment and also they are almost all the same photocopies with designers without character or personality, they should learn from the stylo of manufacturers from more than 20 years ago, with a very nice line and different from everything they do now, etc, ... Mercedes benz must take care of those details and especially less parts made in china and more quality control etc.This car in yellow is beautiful and it suits you wonderfully and the same thing happens inside the main screen and very nice dashboard, it hurts the horrible piano black, which is also in fashion in premium brands .etc.

This is a half decent vehicle and I particularly like the torque delivery at a relatively low RPM, but, for the price in terms of performance better cheaper options.... 0-60/100 in 6 secs, not bad but nothing out there and certainly no wow factor at all....also, this is subjective but I find this car butt ugly inside and out , especially rear exterior...but to each their own. IMHO its paying for the status of Mercedes not the actual vehicle.
