Great job hubby💙🚙
Thank you Baby 😊💖
Will look cool with tint for sure
lol I definitely need to add that to the list
Very great and informative video about car mods!
The transitions were also a nice touch!
Great job Emans😊
Aww, thanks you so much 😁💖
Needs window tints for sure , that should be mod #1 lol
Haha, yeah, I've been saying I would get that forever, definitely gonna add that to the list lol
@emans2475 definitely makes a huge difference on the look of the car
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Eh odd list. This is more a list of your mods rather than the best mods.
In no particular order, I'd argue that the best mods are
1. Grill mod, makes the car look amazing
2. EBCS - helps with the car cutting power and is a requirement for tuning
3. Intake - sounds great and changes engine note
4. Exhaust/dp
5. Definitely a tune, felt amazing after
6. Engine mount bushings, deleted the wheel hop for me
7. Rear sway bar - makes the car handle amazing.
Hmm, excellent list. 7 out of 10 mods is not bad. Fortunately, I have those as well. I may make a video breaking those down more. I appreciate the feedback : )
@@emans2475Love the build and the car looks amazing. I think my comment was a little harsher than I meant to, I'm currently on a bunch of pain killers eating a liquid only dirt so my bad.
Generally, just thought it was weird to recommend a specific wheel/tire rather than just listing aftermarket wheels. Also, catch cans are 100% a scam. Sxth charging $300 for dual catch cans is ridiculous. Yes carbon build up is an issue, but you're better off spending the $300 on a walnut blasting halfway into your ownership.
Not a single person has ever owned 2 of the same cars, driven them the same way, with an OCC and without and shown the differences. It's completely unscientific. Everyone with an OCC still gets carbon build up, they just say "oh I bet I would have had more without a catch can". A walnut blasting is a real treatment.
Biggest disagreement is leaving out the motor mount bushings. That's such an important mod for deleting wheel hop.
Still a great build tho, I miss my ES a lot
No worries at all, bro, and I appreciate you! Honestly, you're right. Catch can help a bit, but they aren't the silver bullet. 300 dollars is a lot for some oil separators, lol. I'm running distilled water injection now, and it's helping to keep my intake valves clean and IATs low. Hey, and I pray that whatever you're going through, you are strengthened and encouraged in Jesus' name, Amen
So something to keep in mind regarding these cars. Without a tune the stock ECU will limit to about 10ish HP over Stock as per the forums. You could throw a bunch of upgrades at it, but without the tune it’s pointless.
If you do the tune than you have to run on premium gas.
Also you forgot about the hot pipe upgrade and BOV. The intake noise can’t be heard unless the hood is open unfortunately.
I have a 2018 6 speed.
I heard plenty of intake noise on mine, it was an open box intake though
That's a great point about the tune. Jb4 is also a great alternative if someone wants to avoid touching the ECU. I could hear my intake noise before I got my BOV or hot pipe on mine. But the hot pipe and BOV definitely increased the sound a lot. I appreciate the feedback and thank you for you checking out my video : )
@@shamalabadingdong that’s interesting I have a Takeda intake that comes with its own air box and It sounds great with the hood open but can barely hear it when the hood is closed. 🥲
@@emans2475 my hot pipe just came in. Can’t wait to hear the difference. I appreciate the info. You still need premium with the other option also right?
@@MrValy128 run it without the box? The hose from the BOV should do a good enough job. At holding the intake up. I also made a little metal mount to help support the intake.
I had a K&N intake on the ES and it was loud.
On my EN, I have an afe closed box and it's quiet with the box on. I run that without the box and it's way louder
flushed fitment will always look so good to me.
Ayee, appreciate ya brother, we try to keep the offset clean 😎🔥
Hey! I’ve had my 2017 Elantra sport for over a year now and am just starting to do upgrades on it 😊 Just did the carbon fiber cold intake on it form Sxth, but where did you get the front grill from :D
Nice! A great choice for an intake, and I got this M&S grille from uniqu performance site; here's the link : )
uniqperformance.ca/product/hyundai-elantra-avante-ad-2017-ms-front-grill-unpainted/ It's about 450 USD
Awesome video, just curious which grill you have and was it easy to install?
Appreciate that bro! Yes sir, I have the M&S grille, and it was a bit of a task to install lol. I have some old footage of the process, I think that'll be my next video : )
@@emans2475 looks mint man
Thanks bro! She cleans up well 😎 🚙✨
I found an Elantra sport in my area for $10,855 51k miles. Should I jump on it? Only reason why I haven’t yet is from that recall a while ago where the engine randomly shuts off 😅😅
That is a pretty good deal; in the Elantra sports group, I haven't heard about anyone having this issue. I would look at the car fax and have a mechanic look it over before you buy. If everything checks out. It's a great vehicle to own : )
That is not an issue with the Elantra sport lol.
Where did you get the grill air scoop
Oh yes, that's a Velossa Tech LED scoop. Here's a link : ) www.velossatechdesign.com/products/2018-2020-hyundai-elantra-gt-gt-sport-n-line-2017-2020-i30-pd-big-mouth-lit-kit-ram-air-intake-snorkel
Could some of these modifications work on a normal Elantra?
Oh yes, you may have to find tems that can fit your particular model year and engine, but they should work with the normal model as well : )
How long have u had this car and what would be ur next car just wanna see what type of cars u like
I've had this car for about 4 years now, and I absolutely love it. The only other car I can see my self upgrading to is the new Interga Type S. Though I would love an auto for dailying
@@emans2475 what would be ur dream garage what brand in specific as if someone were to give you any cars ud like for free which would u choose
Well if free, definitely a mercedes amg a45s hatch or a Volkswagen Tiguan R with an RS3 engine swap
@@emans2475 first time i heard someone say a45s wouldnt u want a bigger engine like a v8 or straight 6 just curious cuz i never heard anyone staying at the 4 cyl options
Ah, honestly I love the turner aspect more so, fun to drive is definitely more of a top priority for me. Don't get me wrong I love the V8 action, but it's something about tuning a quick but fun to drive pocket rocket that speaks me to when carving up the back roads. RS3 is a nasty 5 cly, so one more won't hurt lol
Your coolant is low.
Appreciate that! It looks like it, but it seems the ground was unleveled. Everything checks out in the garage. Thanks again : )
