It's nice seeing that your company is taking feedback from the community. Please make a TKL version, it would be massive since the targeted audience is mostly competitive players rather than the people who like to sit down and spend 5h lubbing, if you look at most competitive players, to this day, they still stick to either full keyboard or tkl verison because they usually need the convenience of the extra buttons whether it's for quick buy or just utility binds. Sure it has been proven that the 60% market is big but I'm not convinced 60% buyers are willing to sacrifice how easy it is to build a keyboard just the way they want, sound, look and feel just for the sake of performance. I think the better bet would be to cater to people who are in the competitive realm who, to this day, are playing on prebuilts that enthusiasts would judge to be ugly or sound bad, in exchange to what they think would give them a competitive edge.
This must be the best sounding Wooting 60HE yet. I'm in awe. Too bad that this particular case is pretty much unobtainable now, and I feel like the springs in the back are part of the reason this turned out so great.
I just got my Wooting 60HE like 30 minutes ago, this is the 1st sentence I've typed with it, and so far I can tell I'm going to LOVE this thing! Maybe once I get it broke in and use to it I will consider a new case and keycaps for it.
That's what I'm thinking. Once it gets to the point where I'm almost needing to clean it, I will probably then go ahead and mod it. Two birds one stone.

man if they want to make a lot of money.. They should just sell the Wooting 60HE in a 75% format with pbc stabs. Only thing keeping me back is the size. Perfect for some games but useless in others while the 75 layout is the perfect happy medium for everything!
thinking of getting a salvation. it wont effect typing or gaming in the slightest (meaning errors) since the wooting uses HE switches. didnt know if it would effect it since the board flexes
I didn't lube the switches yet since still doesn't seem worth it, but I did put the board in a Fjell. It sounds better, but still doesn't sound good imo. This video is a good video BT, but still am not convinced. I think Wooting needs to make an aluminum plate to help the sound of this board
I don’t think they’re going to do this, if you were to mess around with the plate, pcb etc, screwing a singular screw in 1 millimetre to deep is going to ruin the keyboard; the hall-effect used in the lekker switches needs a consistent and specific distance between switch and pcb. There have been leaks of wooting releasing their own aluminum case.
@@blizz5730 True, but that's why they would need to be the ones that make an aluminum plate that is same spec to their current plate. Definitely harder said than done due to manufacturing processes, but if anyone could do it, probably better for Wooting to

I’m new to the custom keyboards and just recently got a 60he. I couldn’t find a tofu anywhere I knew to look. Can anyone give any feedback if aliexpress, drop, Dhgate are reliable places or one of them to buy cases from. Appreciate any feedback
There’s a list you can check for the 60he compatibility. Won’t link it cuz TH-cam will just mark it as spam and won’t show up. But I’d say a FB60 from keebsforall is a good one. I have it and it’s amazing. Especially those long feet at the bottom. They look clean and dope. Only issue is that it’s not in stock so you’ll have to wait. But for $70 for just the case, I’d say it’s a good buy.
As a ridiculous/unnecessary hobby enthusiast keyboard modding seems pretty awesome. It probably tops the charts for unnecessary though. Out of box wooting runs really nice.
Did you use the original pcb? Thinking about using the one that come with the salvation and just buying the lekker switches. Will it perform like the wooting with the salvation pcb?
Love the moding spirit! Thinking outside the box and using a salvation is super big brain move right there. Unfortunately that sound test at the end is really underwhelming. Many pros play with other keyboards that are technically horrible but doesnt affect their performance at all. 60he is the best performance wise but the outdated look of the case is off putting for me, they need to design a better case something more modern and slick like steelseries or razer.
