With regards to the Headlining, I replaced mine with headlining material from Ebay for around $60 on my xj6 series 2. I kept the "biscuit " in but removed old liner and cleaned off the foamy residue. Working from the back window I glued 1 foot at a time, using a small paint roller to iron it out until I reached the front. Once dry cut excess off and put up trim. The trick is to wait for the glue to get tacky before applying the material to the headliner biscuit (about 3-4minutes). I used a spray on glue for headliner from Supercheap, has to be heat resistant.
Hi Clayton Yes have done a few. All my Jags need new headlinings but not my favorite job. Also have plenty of material in stock yet to be used. Best glue is 3M headling glue
Trunk warning is more than likely the wires by the driver side hinge of the trunk/boot . . Somebody attempted repairs to mine before owning and wires need lengthened . . Just wire fatigue . .

I envy the black inside my has the creamie poo colour. If you figure out how to unlock the radio do tell me for the codes press and hold 1 and 6. If you can give us another tip my airbag light keeps flashing and won't turn off
Do a brake test so that abs pump motor spins. Only that way you can be sure that the code from it won't come back. There has been many failures on s-type abs modules where pump motor starts to spin 24/7 and kills the pump and the car goes to trash. Module is repairable.
Hi Sami All faults codes were due to the flat battery. Seems all good now, fingers crossed! My x300 still has a fault believed to be the module. Still working on it aaaggghh! Thanks for watching

1 and 6 will give you the serial number. Bloody airbags! Still haven't fixed my x300 one yet! May stick with older models
