i do this sometimes, its not insecurity its just that the enemy team usually has a stupid and annoying team comp to fight and i want to piss them off knowing that the worst person on the team said it was easy
Remember Moira's primary fire lingers to heal 51 over 3 seconds, so sometimes just tapping a teammate is enough! And I'd say try to stay above half on healing resources, so you'll always have emergency heals.
I love when toxis enemies get karma. Last night i had a soldier ult and kill all of us during overtime on the payload. He tbagged and started talking mad shit about team diff and how we need to uninstall. We came back and held them from capping the first point. He was talking crap to his whole team by the end and trying to cope saying he will have POTG. Our tank got POTG and they killed soldier with a remech of all things. That match felt so good
A bit of Zen advice: I saw you mainly putting your healing orb on your tank and leaving it there, maybe swapping it to someone else if they got low. But Zen's healing is pretty weak, it's better used proactively, and especially on squishy allies. Just as you want to discord enemies that are about to get focused by your team, you want to put your healing orb on allies who are about to make a play. A flanking DPS, your other support who just got dove, etc. Tank can be fine when there aren't better targets, but 30hp/s is barely going to make any difference for a 600+hp tank, whereas for a 250hp hero it might keep them alive, and if they get forced into cover it'll also help get them back into the fight more quickly.
@@jrpgnation6375 It's not really something you'd see having a major effect like an Ana nade or whatever, but it does make a difference. For example, a Cass landing body shots in range will land two shots a second, 70hp each. On a 250hp target, that's four shots to kill, with a time-to-kill of 1.5 seconds (starting the moment the first shot lands). Put a harmony orb on that same target, and now it's a minimum of five shots over two seconds to kill -- possibly more, if he misses any of his shots, or if his target manages to break LOS for a second or two. And if he happened to not have a full clip when he entered the duel, now he's going to have to reload before he gets the kill, which gives another 45hp of healing to his target for free, etc. As Zen your main role is to dish out and amplify damage, but harmony orb allows you to also nudge the odds of certain engagements, whereas letting it sit on your tank will only really get you a trickle of ult charge.
especially leaving it on the tank a majority of the game. you're taking ult charge away from your other support at that point. tanks take the big damage that high healing supports are more equipped to deal with, zen orb is perfect for slippery heroes or just healing chip damage on your mid-range dps so your other support can focus on pumping the tank with healing. i love having zen as my teammate if he understands this concept because i'll get nano or rush super fast when there's one dps i can put out of my mind for the most part
As someone who has played Zen since he had less than 200HP... I agree with this in the context of this match and this player. But, it's all about those decisions with context. If I have a Widow and an Ashe sitting with me in the backline, in safety, and my Doomfist is fucking shit up in the distance, unless the dps need it cause they're getting dove on, Fist is getting that orb.
You can hear the Macaroni Gloves whenever she moves her hands. So Melee, Primary and Secondary Fire. But only when she puts her hands out and back in. Shit killed me when I heard it and Emongg was like “You hear that melee?” 😂
The amount of times they healed full health teammates had me stressing so bad, especially at the end when they had an Illari healing pylon right next to them all which would take care of any poke damage. Their positioning too was just so... so many times they were standing in the middle of the open to get an elim or heal, they're lucky they didnt get punished more for it. The flank plays were great though, I do that on support too when DPS are struggling to push I go "fine, Ill do it myself" hahah overall not too bad!
i think its a clear example of a player who doesnt know the character and who has no plans or ideas about what to do. They are just kind of meandering back and forth aimlessly spraying and throwing orbs, not sure of where to commit or where to go to press the attack. Literally the only time this player seemed to have any clear objective was when they were rolling and they dove in. Outside of that it was them looking around for someone else to give them direction.
To the twitch chatter who asked "how do you crap talk on console" here's your answer.... you don't. You go AFK in hopes your team are playing good enough to make it seem you're not throwing
Huge piece of advice, stop using your fade to go in. It’s an escape ability. Your burning you fade on cool down and it’s literally the opposite of what it should be used for.

Hot take but moira is the reyna of overwatch. Her entire kit is very conducive to bad habits and unhelpful behaviors for a support with a knifes edge of useful vs feeding. The only reason people get so far with her is because no one is good at dealing with moira at lower elos
When I swap with a full ult the reasoning behind it is that after the ult I will not get any value past that. I feel I'm better off pulling another character that I will get better overall value out of over the one ult and be stuck not contributing as much as I might could.
It was frustrating watching them heal full health targets for sure something to work on but decent ideas for plays, could make a really good player one day =)

Now I'm not the one to talk but they crap talking you while you did more than your tank who refused to swap to other hero is kinda unreasonable plus it was unranked, so why grt so toxic over something that doesn't matter to your rank? And I myself had a toxic teammates who was playing kiriko and it was one of my worst matches as Genji and they told me to swap to junkrat and after we won and I got POTG as junkrat that kiriko told me to never play genji again which kinda hurt, I could've just had a single bad match dude and you and our other support were mainly healing tank when I was spamming "I need healing" while hiding and on low HP but know I just suck as Genji. But I think depending on your supports and how they were positioned had to factor on how much they got attacked by their team so I would say that it's two sided but then again what do I know? My season high rank on DPS is silver 4 and I was before falling down to solver 4, a silver 2 support on lifeweaver so idk what I'm talking about

Watching people play Moira and just... holding down their heals for so long wasting resource bothers me. I figured by now it should be general knowledge that just tapping it will cause a Heal over time on allies so you don't have to waste so much... It's crazy.
i mean, that moira play was pretty much a bot. As a moira main that was destroying my soul. Just basic stuff like wasting healing, not knowing the range of your abilities, and not healing people right in front of you. They basically got beat by a complete moira noob.
Someone who has like 200 hours as moira, they are completely wasting their resources and looking lost the entire game. Spray heals in segments since after you stop spraying they still get healed for a little bit and the more damage you do the faster your resources generate. Also needs to use more healing orbs and throw them at the walls where it can bounce off another wall and pin ball pretty much. Stop fading for no reason, only use fade to get out of the fight to cover and heal. If in a 1v1 don’t damage orb, use your heals that should give you enough time to either get another orb or have your fade to get out then by the time the enemy catches back up to you, you will have your orb again.
watching the twitch chat complaining this person is damaging too much is destroying my braincells tiktok takes have destroyed any shred of gamesense metal rank players have in this game
the only time i call a player a bot is when the person is walking into walls an ignoring combat an looking at the wall. other then that i don't call a player a bot unless it actually do act it. this dont look as a bot to me. I get talking shit cause its fun but it has to be somewhat accurate.
tanks that just walk forward into the enemy team and get melted over and over again without stopping or taking cover or anything. Those I will always call out as bots. Usually maugas or Orisas. No way a human brain can be that dumb.
I wish they would treat Morias like how old sym was. Her primary fire use to be like hers and I absolutely dispise, loath her having a lock on primary. Why do they keep it like that I do not understand it.
@@duskzer0816how about opening your mouth you learn how to spell before being a prick. Also no I'm a support player. Any other stupid shit you wanna say?
dude, moiras dmg/s is one of the lowest in the game. 65 dmg per second, 115 if you get a dmg orb to stay perfectly on someone for an entire second. Thats insanely trash. Plus a pretty limited range on it as well. If moira didnt have lock on aim she would basically do nothing and would have no utility at all.
just off the jump, stop charging every zen shot. You spend time charging then miss and its more time you arent actually doing any damage. Just shoot normally and adjust each shot to max out your damage. Only charge when you are waiting for a peaking widow or someone coming around a corner. No reason to be charging your shots while standing in front of the enemy like that. Easy pushes like that usually happen because one or more people just arent contributing damage to the enemy to force them to stop coming forward. Either a retreating tank, a flanking dps that never gets into the fight, or in this case a zen not doing any damage.
its pretty much impossible to be out of heals as much as they are, the gimik of spamming dmg and using your dng orb to get heals back in like 3 seconds, they don't even do, they just waste heals and wait for it to rise. and the wide peaking was scary.
Just the ultra slow decision making in this kills me. The 1-2 second lag between when an enemy appears and they decide to switch from heal to attack or visa versa, and the times when a grav is used or something else big happens and they have to stop, look around for a second and then decide to do something. I really hope this is a brand new player because if this is the result of many ours of experience then this guy is just doomed.

My season high rank on DPS is silver 4 and I was before falling down to solver 4, a silver 2 support on lifeweaver so idk what I'm talking about
I cant believe this is gold
Believe it, I live there and it sucks lol
@@corwintodd5131 I'm sorry for you
I swear whoever talks shit first loses, especially if you shit on a whole team the next round they are two ranks higher, I've seen plat widows turn into top 500 spawn trappers after one too many messages
10:42 that rein said no it be like that sometimes next time if they got a rein turn corners with fade lose los so he can't charge into you when you don't have it
11:25 hear hammer use fade if you don't use fade and you didn't die use fade there is no reason to ever not use fade to save yourself
I smell macaroni
GRONK SPIKE THAT ORB
bro has 1% accuracy on zen ☠☠☠
I wish you’d look at the guy VeganParm but that would mean you’d be giving him more platform
11:07 bro that Zarya is crit and you're dmging a shield 😭
How does one submit a replay?
I think you need to be in his discord
lol I was thinking why is nothing happening then he said it was console and it explains everything pc is so much more chaotic
17:08 Why gloves? They shoulda raw dogged it
Watching people play Moira and just... holding down their heals for so long wasting resource bothers me.
I figured by now it should be general knowledge that just tapping it will cause a Heal over time on allies so you don't have to waste so much... It's crazy.
can't believe Team 2 lost to bots.
i mean, that moira play was pretty much a bot. As a moira main that was destroying my soul. Just basic stuff like wasting healing, not knowing the range of your abilities, and not healing people right in front of you. They basically got beat by a complete moira noob.
I wonder why Emongg allows comments like this. Maybe its hard to moderate
@@Sevse-nh3fi Maybe you missed the intro part where the submitter said that the other team called them "AI Bots".
Day one of asking for more Elden Ring
11:58 she's full hp, stop holding left click omf
watching the twitch chat complaining this person is damaging too much is destroying my braincells
tiktok takes have destroyed any shred of gamesense metal rank players have in this game
the only time i call a player a bot is when the person is walking into walls an ignoring combat an looking at the wall. other then that i don't call a player a bot unless it actually do act it. this dont look as a bot to me. I get talking shit cause its fun but it has to be somewhat accurate.
tanks that just walk forward into the enemy team and get melted over and over again without stopping or taking cover or anything. Those I will always call out as bots. Usually maugas or Orisas. No way a human brain can be that dumb.
rapidly tapping enemies with moiras dmg gives you healing faster
life saving tech tbh
I wish they would treat Morias like how old sym was. Her primary fire use to be like hers and I absolutely dispise, loath her having a lock on primary. Why do they keep it like that I do not understand it.
Ur clearly a genji player
@@duskzer0816how about opening your mouth you learn how to spell before being a prick. Also no I'm a support player. Any other stupid shit you wanna say?
dude, moiras dmg/s is one of the lowest in the game. 65 dmg per second, 115 if you get a dmg orb to stay perfectly on someone for an entire second. Thats insanely trash. Plus a pretty limited range on it as well. If moira didnt have lock on aim she would basically do nothing and would have no utility at all.
Moira doesn't have lock on aim. It's a beam just like sym or zar, but with an animation effect.
You've been playing since old Symmetra and you still think Moira's beam is an aimlock? Holy cow that's sad
Overwatch still has me on their 2 week ban for calling someone's Sombra gameplay "goofy" and telling them to hold their L 🤣
No way this is gold. The constant wasting resources on healing full HP targets, so they have no resources for pushes in... Omg.
lots of people get pulled into higher ranks through rng.
why does every person that sends in a match of them playing moira they’re always pre-healing 😭😭😭 as a moira main that makes me cringe so bad
Because it’s a gold match where nothing that happens makes any sort of sense ever.
nah pre healing is like a gurI thing, bois dont do dumb thing like this
@@jake9854 it’s a rank thing.
just off the jump, stop charging every zen shot.
Moira needs a resource meter for her damage.
Is the macaroni thing real? 😭😭😭
its pretty much impossible to be out of heals as much as they are, the gimik of spamming dmg and using your dng orb to get heals back in like 3 seconds, they don't even do, they just waste heals and wait for it to rise. and the wide peaking was scary.
i love spectating videos!!!!!
ALLRIGHT SO!
My favorite part honestly 😂
“Is this the tutorial” is kinda funny though icl
Either they don't play moira or gold 3 console is bronze on pc.
hearing blue archive ost on a Emongg video was not something I was expecting this year
First
Checking every video to see if it me 🫣. Love watching you! Toasty is my name!
3:24 ok I had to pause the video here because I'm MAD! 😡😡😡
WHY WOULD YOU GIVE UP TRANCE WHEN YOU HAD KITSUNE AND HIGH NOON TOO?! THAT'S AN EASY RETAKE!
I feel the overhealing and preemptive healing and overusing of resources comes from not wanting to be seen as the « dps moira » even tho with the way theyre playing theyd have overall lower healing numbers and still get flamed
