i installed the cartridge, the compression has like 5 turns and rebound has 11turns. I am wondering how many turns do u have for both compression and rebound.
Your mechanic installed the cap wrong. Before screwing it on the cartridge you have to unscrew the rebound/compression adjuster all the way out until it stops. And then 4 full turns in. And only then start to put the cap on the cartridge. This will give you 4 turns of adjustment. If you just put it on without this, your adjusters won't do their job as they should.
I second that, I have had the same issue with my Honda CRF, instructions didn't fit the model, but was not too hard to figure out, luckily I had some experience with forks
