Unless you are just doing it for the experience (or you work a very low wage i guess) you are generally better off doing a side hustle you do well for the same amount of time and using the money to pay a plasterer. You will be faster at what you are good at and so will they. Really goes for a lot of things, kinda a big part of the point of a society really.
I am 50, cataracts are forming in my eyes. You can never have too much light! Great shop and job of it, JR. I would recommend one very large screw air compressor to supply the whole building, not cheap, but you aren't a cheapskate. I would suggest spray in foam insulation.
The place will be pumping with all that royalty free music that will go through there... well when filming. :D As always, cheers for the great content.

I HAD a tiny version of that jet heater and I loaned it to a friend. We fired it up in his typical 2 car suburban garage when it was cold inside and out and it was up to 80 degrees in about 5 minutes. Unfortunately I never got it back but at least I didn't pay for it as it was given to me. You have quite the car guy heaven going on right there and it will be interesting to see all the gear heads and you tubers that end up there when it's ready. Going to be a lot of cool things getting built and stored there with cool people.

Sheetrock. I've done electrical (wired an entire house), fairly-involved joinery (woodworking) tables & other pieces, painted my car, swapped and rebuilt engines, software, EE, and some other stuff. My sheetrock tape & bedding attempts were nothing short of embarrassing.
JR I've been in construction for over 40 years whatever steel you have left don't scrap it find someone that makes moment frames for construction they will buy it and give you a whole lot more than the scrap value.
LG Washer/dryer combo. Runs a full load, shaft drive. Quiet efficient, runs on cold h20 and 110. Needs no vent. Been rocking one for 8 years. It flat works.
People must not have been listening closely, it was perfectly clear to me that you were repurposing the dropped sections of I-beam to build the loft, rather than SPENDING $15,000 on new iron, and GETTING a fraction of it's value by chunking up those removed pieces for scrap. You said specifically that's why you were dropping them in long lengths...as long as you'd need to build the loft, which is harder than cutting into shorter sections.
I've wondered that too, but honestly the guy is into everything. He's a professional computer hardware engineer with experience in pro audio and pro automotive work. As for this video and what you see here, he likely just got a loan for the warehouse and is paying the monthly bill with this channel. He's on his way up for sure, and if the TH-cam thing ever dried up he'd be able to sell this thing pretty easily and work one of many regular jobs he's qualified for. That's gotta feel nice.

John, I have a 3 car garage (standard residential) currently illuminated by 3 standard lightbulbs (one above each car). What product should I order from you and how much would it cost? Or do you specialize in larger commercial applications only? If you do sell to residential clients like myself it would be cool to have a little section on your site giving some suggestions/prices for most common applications like a standard garage. Thanks!

I always recommend that people to pay a professional to do any drywall work too! They always do a much better job in 1/10 of time!
The same for wall/floor tile jobs. Back braking and time consuming with cutting, laying, leveling and grouting. Did it once, never again.

If you raise the lifts just a enough to take the pressure off of the tires, they will air up much faster. Not to mention save on batteries.
