    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 - 2 tbsp. green seasoning
    1 tomato sliced
    chopped hot pepper or pimento pepper -optional
    1 onion sliced
    few pieces of mango or tamarind
    chive
    celery
    fenugreek seeds
    1 tbsp. hot curry powder
    2 tsp. mild curry powder
    1 tsp veg oil.
    2 cups water
    oil to fry
    1/4 cup plain flour

    Frying is basically so the fish won't falling apart in the sauce

    Just had to let you know that I just made this. My 2nd time cooking curried fish. I made it some years ago and I did not like the finished product. But now, I can see myself making this again and again. Thanks Natasha.

    I was looking through your seafood recipes& did not see one for sweet &sour fish (Chinese style) please, if you can do it with Swai or White fish fillet that would be nice since they are available in Trinidad...thank you ! Btw all your recipes are making quite an impression, keep up the great work
