The Highlander transition from fish tank to loch may be relatively simple to pull off TODAY, but it was originally done in 1986 without digital at all (more than likely 1985, since the movie was released in '86). It's pure talent.
Highlander's transitions like with the fish tank to the scottish highlands are amazing.
I’ve never really checked out the VFX community, so it was really cool taking a look at these transitions, and I especially loved how you expressed the kind of wonder that comes with watching them for the first time :D
The jumping drone transition will be great for a subject jumping into a pool. And perhaps as they hit the water you can add another transition that goes underwater with them or goes to a new underwater shot.

There was one transition in the movie 1917 that was covered in VFX Artist Reacts that blew my mind because I NEVER even thought they put a transition there.

First video is basically a 360 degree camera where you can rotate the camera in any direction and hit save in a software
3rd video he didn't track anything . It was 2 seperate video. After he placed down the camera he jumped in the 2nd location, all he did was stitch the final frame to the 12 floor as a single plate and masked himself from the 2nd video to appear as if he's jumping in 1st shot..
Now since when did jobs for ads have such good vfx?
