When I film my clips in 60 fps for speedramps. Should my sequence then be 30 or 60 fps, to post on instagram? And if I have to work with a 30 fps sequence, should I first slow down all my video clips from 60 fps to 30 fps to then apply speedramps in my 30 fps sequence?

You have very limited possibilities there, but it doesn't mean that you can't do it there 👻 It will just take little more time and effort 😃 in After Effects you have better access to graphs, to create better adjustments. Also in AE you have built plugin for motion blur 🤙 so - in AE you will have more fun 🥳

just go for 30 fps, in main comp as well as in precomps

thing is - what files are you editing? spec seems to be fine 🤙 what drive you use? is it HDD or SSD? SSD will make huge difference
I have a SSD in my PC, I used SLOG3 10 bits but I used Proxy so :/
Do I need to put my footage on a external SSD ? Then edit via this SSD?
