    This is a dream apartment. Not too lavish, not too shabby. What address is this?

    "Behind the Scenes" backstory: It was a long, tiring day up to that point, and of course someone decided to call me in the middle of recording...and that's the vibrating/buzzing sound you hear towards the end of the video. I really didn't have the patience that day and wasn't in the mood to start over and record again, so I just posted this condo tour video up on TH-cam, thinking no one in the world would ever see it anyways. But, even after all these years it's still our most popular video! Thanks to everyone who watched it! I never expected this video to get even one thousand views!

    It's annoying that your phone still chooses to vibrate while recording video. Bad ux by the devs.

    It's like a concrete jungle out there. View isn't great. Market place said how cheap condos are made these days. Not worth the amount u pay

  • @MrSymmah

    Looks tiny as a hotel suite. But I guess for I person would be fine.

    These things really are super cheap to make. I can’t believe how tiny of a space that is. Can’t even get a proper stove. It’s so ridiculous the price people pay for this. Can definitely see a building going up to block what little view you have.

      There’s isn’t really any other option, average detached house is a million bucks now. Young people can’t afford that so condos are a more viable option.

    I know this building and it's crap. Like a lot of modern condos it built on the cheap and it looks it. In 2021, it's starting to fall apart - ongoing floods, leaks and broken elevators and other structural issues. Okay, you have a decent view but there are far better condos in this city.

    For waterfront Toronto, probably looking to buy that will cost you about 250k

    • @Stayhomesearch
      @Stayhomesearch  5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Maybe ten years ago, today it is over double that!

    • @D95-d7y
      @D95-d7y 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This would be over 500k to buy.

  • @Lucy44477

    Unfortunately, there are crazy snobs that will pay $2000++just to say that they live in tiny box on the lake. The view is actually the cockrete buildings across....sad but truth....
