In this case you re paying LOCATION not condo, the condo is small and not that good but of course very expensive....
Yes, location is the biggest factor at these buildings. You're beside Scotiabank arena and the CN tower. It's a touristic hub.
I'm a millennial and don't miss city life at all. This condo costs more than my 3-bedroom semi-detached home in Welland. So crazy.
It's not for everyone, that's for sure! I think Welland is a great town but I'm sure there are people who would not leave the city either. All depends!

When I compare to London UK where I live this Condo is a bargain considering its in the main area. If this property was in Central London ,it would have been snapped up by someone from the gulf royal family for a million pound!
That's the truth. Location is what's driving the value for this unit and these buildings in particular. Great location! Would love to check out UK real estate. I've never been.

Previous occupants had a wall unit on the bedroom wall. There's space for a sectional & coffee table. You can even put a small table near the balcony doors ✌️ Structube & Ikea have condo size furniture. No choice!

It's not for everyone! There are even smaller studio spaces with no proper room or balcony under 500 sqft in our city as well! Other units in the building are not as small ✌️

You're right! Some buildings get around this by installing frosted "window" sliding doors that let in the natural light from other windows in the unit. I personally don't like these but to each his own!

When you're in the downtown core there are buildings all around! Sometimes they cover certain views but the location is still excellent! ✌️
Probably sirens every night tbh living down town is a horrible experience
It's not for everyone! But I've had clients leave windows open because they find city noise calming.
