Previous occupants had a wall unit on the bedroom wall. There's space for a sectional & coffee table. You can even put a small table near the balcony doors ✌️ Structube & Ikea have condo size furniture. No choice!
It's not for everyone, that's for sure! I think Welland is a great town but I'm sure there are people who would not leave the city either. All depends!
When I compare to London UK where I live this Condo is a bargain considering its in the main area. If this property was in Central London ,it would have been snapped up by someone from the gulf royal family for a million pound!
That's the truth. Location is what's driving the value for this unit and these buildings in particular. Great location! Would love to check out UK real estate. I've never been.
2:02 so that’s why it’s so expensive. Still not worth the money. But the location is incredibly good. But why would anyone live into these very expensive condos? Why not buy a house in the suburbs? Who are the types of people living in these high rise buildings?
You're right! Some buildings get around this by installing frosted "window" sliding doors that let in the natural light from other windows in the unit. I personally don't like these but to each his own!
It's not for everyone! There are even smaller studio spaces with no proper room or balcony under 500 sqft in our city as well! Other units in the building are not as small ✌️
Where do you put the tv? On the Balcony?

😄😄😄
In the washroom
Wow, the bedroom can "fit a good-sized bed"! What an amazing feature for $500k! Hahahahaha 🤪
I'm a millennial and don't miss city life at all. This condo costs more than my 3-bedroom semi-detached home in Welland. So crazy.

@@kingrealtyto Lol I am from Niagara and Welland is a place that none of us would ever go to. Its literally 95 percent bums living there.
In this case you re paying LOCATION not condo, the condo is small and not that good but of course very expensive....
Yes, location is the biggest factor at these buildings. You're beside Scotiabank arena and the CN tower. It's a touristic hub.
Dang, my bach apartment is bigger than this condo lmao
Lol it's about 500sqft to give you an idea. Really all depends on your preferences!

Crazy, half a million for a box. No wonder everyone is broke.
They're worth more now!! 🤷🏽♂️
Debt forever. @@kingrealtyto
Lolol I'm a Raps fan too BUT I prefer to not be blocked or have to hassle to get into my home for a month every successful season 🤣🙄
Lol. It's not for everyone!
at 03:50 sec , in the big screen shows the ROBERTO CARLOS, a famous singer from Brazil.
Ha, nice! You're right!
El Gato Azul !!! ♥
parking space? and building pet friendly?
This unit doesn't have parking but the building does. It is also pet friendly ✌️
No parking space

Lol this is a Studio converted into a 1 bed room nice
Believe it or not, these glass slider rooms are found all over the GTA! Due to the "natural light" they can call it a 1br!
Bedrooms needs to have windows

It has only one room
That's right. It's a 1br condo ✌️
@@kingrealtyto
1 br does not mean 1 room lol... Now you're just being deliberately deceptive 🙄 One room = Studio/Batchelor
I dont get it. Why does this have so many views?
This is a joke !!!!! 😂 “you have everything you need “ in one room 🙄good luck to the fool who purchases
😂😂 marketing and perspective. This could be amazing to one person and a box to another.
Anyone who pays 500k for that is rocking a extra chromosome
People are paying more for these now a days! The location is the biggest factor. It's hard to beat.
Lol that sucks
What exactly?
@@kingrealtyto the condo with that price
@@danielmcarthur9004 gotcha! This was earlier this year though. Prices have dropped quite a bit all over Canada!
A human chicken coop…..🙄😡. Barely a kitchen, where is the TV supposed to go. Will be a slum building in a few years.

Agree with everything except the slum comment... the location ensures that won't happen ;o)
lol this is bs
Which part?
Too bad that building up front !
When you're in the downtown core there are buildings all around! Sometimes they cover certain views but the location is still excellent! ✌️
Probably sirens every night tbh living down town is a horrible experience
It's not for everyone! But I've had clients leave windows open because they find city noise calming.
Sirens go off often enough in North York. It's not just downtown.
✅
Depends where downtown tbh
😂😂😂😂😂 wow daylight robbery
