I don't even wanna mention other Asian first tier cities. I'm from Hong Kong and 1700 CAD per sqft doesn't even count as middle class level housing so let's not go that way lmao.

If you compare this to other toronto neighbourhoods like yorkville for example, yorkville still has some penthouses starting at like $1300/. I do hope it sells for this much though so my own penthouse in the core will increase in value lol
