My Custom Cans modified DT770s were delivered yesterday. They're great, thank you so much ❤️.
I was expecting this 80 ohm pair to outperform my stock 250 ohm ones on lower-powered devices, but they are better with a proper amp too. Your tuning mods really work! The sound is clearer and punchier, it's a step closer to what I hear with my DT1990s.

I love the little details, like having the Tiger series on the MMX 100s PCB, gives you a peek behind the curtain to Beyerdynamics. Why change the PCB for a silkscreen change just so it fits with the end product's branding, when the PCB works for its use-case. Great content as always!

Wow this was the best review for these I’ve seen. I’ve owned a pair for about a year and overall I like them. People should know the boom mic is really quiet when you plug in through USB and it's kind of a catch 22 because if you bring it close to your mouth it's super sensitive to your blowing air. Not so bad you can't use it, and indeed the sound quality of your voice will be fantastic in every way other than volume. I’ve also noticed my AMD laptop will have much quieter boom mic volome than my intel chromebook or even my snapdragon phone so if you’re rocking a Ryzen processor you’ve been warned!

It may be a general Beyer thing - my FOX microphone needs boosting to get a decent volume out - I suspect it is to stop it clipping at high volumes

@@CustomCans Yeah that makes sense but when I plug in through the audio jack I get plenty more volume but a bit less of my voice.

​@@CustomCans Sorry for the double comment but the mic on these is hella quirky. Like I plug it into my galaxy s22 and the volume is fine, maybe even a touch loud. My AMD gaming machine just makes them really quiet. Wht’s the best way you found to boost the gain a bit on windows?

On this days i want to buy a headphone for listening to music's and also for movie's and games..
And now i have two option mmx 150 and anker q45
They're both so good to me
But one of my friends said this mmx 150 is better option and... I dont know he said it has studio drivers... and wired is much better than wirless
I don't know which one have better sound quality?

the come with a couple of cables so you can plug it into the controller or the console - it would probably work best plugged directly in to the console
