      Actually it is, and despite moving to VST I still find the px-s1000 piano sound very pleasant even on live events still!

    Tem como passar todas as configurações do piano que tu usa? Eu estou a um dia tentando deixar o som do meu px s1000 mais bonito

    Hi Ivan, thank you for this wonderful interpretation. I really liked the "moon shine" sound you used.

      Fehrling Sul Thanks! I used the Mellow Grand with the Sydney Opera Hall reverb :)

      @@IvanEDaza so you used the sound of the piano not of a software ?

    • @IvanEDaza
      @IvanEDaza  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah, it’s just the mellow grand sound from this keyboard with the opera hall reverb

      I have the 1000 though, still very nice nowadays, works just great for every live event I have been on that needs piano sound

    Hi, just purchased this piano. I have a question in regards to the sustain pedal sound effect. Is the sound supposed to be very feint when you press the pedal? I hear the sound a lot in piano recordings, but is that just because the recording audio has been boosted?

    • @IvanEDaza
      @IvanEDaza  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well, the damper sound effect can be raised or reduced to your liking on the settings of this keyboard, however I like it the way it is by default, but yeah, maybe it’s more audible on this particular recording since it’s a very quiet one (PPP, PP) and had to increase the gain to get a decent volume output, then damper sounds louder than it actually does in reality

    Really nice playing here! How about the keys? The black keys of this piano are lighter than the white ones? I watched a video from "ThePianoforever", and in that video, he proves that the black keys are way lighter than the white keys on this particular piano... So, did you notice something while playing?

      Thank you!
      Well, tbh he seems to focus too much on the weight, and that’s not even something you notice while playing because the black keys have a shorter key fulcrum due the short space for the action, which is why they compensate with a lower weight to balance, the action feels good in general, though the keybed is too soft and won’t bounce back with enough strength to repeat notes fast, it’s not very precise because of it, feels mushy, also the very short pivot point is the real problem here because it won’t make it easy to play on the very back of the keys which will limit your repertoire. Have had it for a year and half, so far works well with most repertoire, just...won’t recommend it for complex classical piano music, it won’t work well.

      @@IvanEDaza This is pretty usefull, would you recommended for a beginner? Could you point to an example of which complex classical piano would be hard with it? Thx in advance

    • @IvanEDaza
      @IvanEDaza  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@wilmerags for a beginner sure, actually the action has deeper key travel which seems to train fingers to lift and articulate better on a long term, so yeah I see a good use on this keyboard for a beginner. What I mean on complex classical pieces are the ones that need a lot of precision and fast repetition notes, the keybed and short pivot point seem to give up on that kind of repertoire, dynamic-wise however this keyboard piano sample has a beautiful pallet of colors and dynamic range if you set it to “Heavy 1” on the velocity curve (at least on my case that my fingers are kinda used to heavier actions). Hope that helps :)

    Maravillosa interpretación, ¿Este es el sonido de piano que viene por defecto?, ¿Usaste pedal para tocar esta?

      Jesus David Si, es el piano MELLOW que uso para la música clásica principalmente, utilizé la reverb no. 2 (Opera de Sydney), y claro, esa obra lleva pedal obligatorio
