Omg I have the flower topper too and noticed the same thing!! I kinda wondered if maybe they might’ve mistaken the flower topper as a superworm because there are some long pieces the same color as the worms are.
I make mine the same as you do but I usually add green yellow and red peppers and blueberries too. I also add in bok choi, collard grns, & mustard grns sometimes.

Mine three love turnip greens the best and mustard greens. Just found spaghetti squash and it is the best because when you slice it thin it breaks into soft spaghetti pieces that is easy for them to chew. Carrots with a medium grater so they can chew them.

E. I love your channel and I always try the stuff you teach . I just recently adopted a 2 year old bearded dragon and he is a picky eater. The bee pólen did nothing for me, I tried putting it on his food and he just doesn’t care. He likes insects a lot so I always mix it in with his salad. I will try the flowers next and see if it helps! Thanks for the tips

I give my beardies a similar diet... I give the extras to my dubias and super worms... they tear it up too...
E mine is not wanting to eat any vegetables at all or fruits but I ain’t giving up and I change hers every other day trying to find that thing she’ll eat even added super worms in for movement got her she was maybe 2 months I was told 3 and I have had her since June 3 2020 and had her eat a few collards for me after the 3rd week having her but nothing since after a week of that I have added flower topper to her salad as well I will keep offering but running out ideals to get her to eat I have even wrapped her favorite treat in greens and she will spilt the greens out or pull the worm out the greens

where did u get that food bowl at 7:54!?! I have been trying to get a big bowl so I can fit a good amount to my beardies.
E- my beardie Rex is not eating he’s been sleeping alot probs brumation ... i may try this with the veggies..using a grater for the carrot and squash....usually i cut into chunks...but had no idea if they are cold they wont eat...

I'm been struggling to get my beardie to eat his greens. He was so good about it when he was young, but when he came out of brumation, he seemed to completely lose interest. He'll go after insects like a mad lad, but will just trample over his greens and ignore them, except for the time where he'll eat a leave which is once in a blue moon. Have any suggestions? I've tried adding fruit, flower toppers, adding a few superworms, leaving him with only greens as a food option for a few days, changing the location of the food, changing when I provide the food, and attempting to feed him outside of his enclosure.
I’ve heard bee pollen on their salads can help! I’d look into it if you haven’t already tried!! :)
@@gabilove3149 I've tried that too, lol. He'll act like he's interested in it, tapping it with his tongue a few times, but then he'll refuse to eat it.
Corgisaurus Rex, have you missed a day of feeding and see how he went when hungry?
@@aussiejetjock Sort of? I mostly reduced the amount and had one day where I only gave him the option to eat greens, which he didn't touch. I was worried about doing that for more than one day. Think I should try it for multiple days? I just don't want him to starve himself.
@@Corgisaurus-Rex , Personally I would. You don't have to worry about him starving in just a few days. Like you and I, we'd happily eat something we might turn our noses up at if we hadn't had a feed for a few days haha. Let me know how you go. Also, they have super hearing so maybe put an insect/worm or two at the bottom of the greens. That will certainly generate some interest as well

I have an adult beardie that will not eat veggies at all everything else is great is great will eat all insects but no vegetables is it anything I can do I’ve tried everything nothing works. Please any suggestions would help. Thank you
Do you think you could do a snake shed care video too? My baby buttermint corn snake is in shed right now and since he’s my first snake I’m kinda freaking out. He’s been in his hide since Sunday night and only moves around inside and doesn’t want to come out.

E Should I put my bearded dragons heatpad back or can I only use the UV light and how warm should my adult bearded dragon's enclosure be? I read a lot of this but get different answers.
U need uva & uvb adult bearedies cage temp should be 97-110 they also need a heat lamp

E Awesome Vid. Bro!!! Anyways I have a 1 year and 2 months old female. I got her when she was 11 months old. Its been 3 months now and she hasn't shed yet and still hides most of the time in her hide. She is docile but every time I put her back to her enclosure she goes right straight to her hide and start scratching the ground (tiles). she eats bugs but not very many. she barely eats her green meanwhile my 6/7ish month old is doing great! he eats about 10 dubias a day and finishes most of his greens he actually caught up (in size and weight) with my female beardie. My female one does not look like sick but more like depressed or something. Please Help!!! Thanks in advanced!

Would you recommend not keeping food in their enclosure the entire time? Just put some in when its fresh and take it out after a while ? Just wondering about the freshness of the veggies if they're sitting in the enclosure for a couple of hours would they even be appealing for my beardie .

E I've been trying to get my dragon to eat veggies by adding wax worms to her salad every morning. She doesn't always get a lot of veggies but she is still growing. I give her arugula as a staple green. What do you think about arugula?
