- You know what I like about Scott The Woz? Consistency.
I can’t put every running joke in a single video (I already made a video of all the Zip Lash jokes alone that was 5 and a half minutes), but these are just most of the instances of continuity I could find.
Also there was an instance of Red Hoodie Young Scott in Console Launches - Scott The Woz. I didn’t realize until later, curses. - บันเทิง
Fun fact, Scott saying “Hey all, Scott here” is a reference to the previous episode where he said the same thing

-A shot of Zip Lash in the toilet was shown briefly in Club Nintendo
And also, Scott threw Zip Lash in the toilet in Borderline Forever and a few times in the Zip Lash episode.
And of course the reason why he doesn't pay his taxes was in the "Let's Make A Smash Game" episode, where it was revealed the IRS doesn't get them because there's a woodchipper next to the mailbox and he accidentally shredded them.
And the time he got robbed of all his games, he was disappointed to still find Ziplash in the toilet, unrobbed
Wii play selling started as a charity in best selling games, in bargain Bin Christmas they mention the narrator mentions he evades taxes.
They also forgot Scott doing random crap to bump up his credit score

One of my favorites was when he talked about Call of Duty for the Wii and DS. On the Wii video, he said "the multiplayer servers are still online if you're looking for something to do next weekend" when mentionion Black Ops's multiplayer. Then, on the DS video, he mentioned that World at War's online doesn't work anymore, and he said the line "Well my weekend's f*cked."
It's just the small details like that that make me appreciate him so much.

One of my favorites is in Shovelware Veriety Hour, Scott accidently used a rip of the Ninjabread Man theme that had Nutshack playing in the background. Despite saying in the pinned comment to "not expect any future Nutshack content" he used the same rip in the other two Shovelware Veriety Hour videos.

Reminds me of some the old Smosh videos: there was one video where Anthony jokingly claimed his middle name is Danger, in a later video a few years from that one he received a letter or parcel addressed to Anthony Danger Padilla.

that's what I love about Scott, a lot of his stuff feels like old youtube, he's still got that non corporate charm. He's specifically stated he will never take a sponsorship (which I'm not against people doing, it's a job at the end of the day, but for Scott it makes sense) because he doesn't want anything to change how he makes his videos. Which is great because a lot of channels like him (Smosh is one) ended up falling into that trap, they got big, they got sponsorship deals and companies offering to buy them, accepted because the money looked good, and then the company completely changed how they worked (the reason Anthony left Smosh)
The Scott canon is massive

I find it funny that the year with a 20 and a funny disease was a reference to the joke of the future and robotic Ebola, but it makes sense regarding 2020 and COVID
I love how in Rex's first clip you can hear someone in the background trying and failing to hole in their laughter
Continuity jokes after few months:
- Scott the Woz getting reprocessed at "Virtual Boy", and he actually got reprocessed at "Mobile Games on Console", and he wanted to get it back at "Classic NES Games", then he got it back in "Gaming Revivals"
- In "Mario Party 2", Target Employee is actually on funeral, and it was followed by "The Funeral"
- In "Gaming Revivals", Scott accidentally reincarnated both Chet Shaft and Steel Wool, both appeared in "Gifts of Gaming"
- Scott finally played DK: Barrel Blast, with a new outro derived from the TV reruns
I think another bit of continuity is Jerry saying “murderers make great arguments” and then later in “The Trial” steel wool is almost acquitted because of his great arguments.

And then in Double dash.
This made me realize how much fan service Borderline Forever had. Very impressive.
My favorite is how in his first non-skit video he starts off with “The Wii U is about 3 large footsteps away from the grave, and I thought it sounded pretty neat to kill time before it goes kathunk in a casket”, and at the start of How to Talk About Video Games in Borderline Forever, he starts off with “Are you about 3 large footsteps away from the grave? Need to kill time before you go kathunk in a casket?”.
I definitely appreciate Scott, and now I do more, it is probably a lot of hard work to keep up all this continuity.
The funniest part about this is that when 2027 comes and Scott is still making content, every video he makes will have him in a chef hat.
