It's easy to forget that this was coming at the tail end of Megaman getting trashed on by Capcom for literally years at that point. This was such a huge dub for the Blue Bomber, still gets me to tear up a little lol.

I remember watching the trailer on a livestream. Funnily enough, I had my Mega Man plushie sitting next to me. When his helmet came out, I basically screamed, grabbed the plushie and hugged him.

While I understand why Sora's inclusion to Smash is mind blowing and very important, I still believe to this day that this is the most hype moment of Smash Bros history.

I haven't mained a different character in 5 years. I'll never take for granted the fact that they included the Blue Bomber. He has been my favourite video game hero ever since I played MM6 as a toddler.
