Great cards to slap in a slightly older system. Handles emulation of most older consoles like a champ. WinXP support (can max out MANY XP games and considering it's only 55 watt or so and rather quiet, that's a good deal) If you gonna review weak old cards, do try to consider the positives.
@@Jaindike According to TechPowerUp, 560ti's are better than the 260x and they're cheaper on Ebay. So for about $35, that seems the way to go at the moment!
@@KingFeraligator Hmmm thats up to you. I mentioned the r7 260x because it has full support for direct x 12, and also uses less power. I'd personally get that one, then save up and try to snag a 1060 for cheaper down the line
Hello, I have a hp Z220 workstation pc and I will like to upgrade my quadro 600 graphics card to a new gaming card. But I am not sure how to know if they are compatible. I don't even know if I need a low profile card or not. I was thinking of buying the GeForce gtx 1630 ventus xs 4g. Could I have your opinion on this please
You could pair any pcie graphics card with any motherboard with a pcie connection (such as 16x)(I think).The limiting factor will likely be the extra power supply cables you have. I don't know much about low power low profile modern gpus like the 1630, but if youve extra psu cables I'd recommend the hd 7950.
Usually the more powerful cards have more and thicker fan coolers which means you have to plug it into the x4 pcie slot. Probably the best cards you could still put into the pcie x16 slot is the amd radeon pro wx 4100, RX 550 or 640 OEM, or nvidia quadro p1000,
Don’t buy this it’s horrible value if u are in the us, a Gtx 560 ti is sold around 20$ but usually below its actually dead azz 583% faster and if modern game support is your concern? Than a Gtx 650 is also around 20$ and is 340% faster and has the same support

I'd go for an r7 260x. You can get them for ~$25-$40 on ebay bidding. A little more pricey, but offer actual performance
