Four Quadrant streak method of isolation | Part 3

Four quadrant streak plate method is a technique of isolation of pure culture of the microorganisms (mostly bacteria), from a mixed population. The inoculum is streaked over the agar surface in such a way that bacterial cell density gets diluted and we get isolated single colonies.
