Liquid death in the backgound? New sponsor? 😂 are you going to interview The Deep (from The Boyz) as liquid death ambassador! Would love to see that interview. The Deep really is an intellectual powerhouse after all. Got to say that I am pretty sceptical about liquid death, little bit green washing? Anyway, enjoyed the interview. Keep up the good work!

Glycine 3 grams. That's it! And just have one strong coffee in the morning for the entirety of the day because caffeine has a long half life and the older you are the more it will mess with your sleep and as you age the less you will be able to tolerate it. Those are actually scientific facts. Young people get addicted to caffeine all day because they can tolerate it but then it causes so much anxiety, anger and so forth.

I have a theory that your sleep length is related to digestion. I’ve been eating at maintenance calories for a year and letting deficit come from exercise.
