    You are amazing Jim, thank you for your passion and work. I just discovered you (and just started taking care of myself), and as a biochemist, it is so awesome to see someone who understands and speakes my language!

    What would it take to stop using Sucralose? Stevia or any natural sugar would be much healthier and I would buy all your supplements

      ***** The conclusion of your FDA link says they didn't find a causal connection but they did say: "For certain susceptible children with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and other problem behaviors, however, the data suggest that their condition may be exacerbated by exposure to a number of substances in food, including, but not limited to, synthetic color additives."
      www.npr.org/2011/03/30/134962888/fda-probes-link-between-food-dyes-kids-behavior
      Another FDA probe in 2011 DID find a link between food dyes and the behavior of kids.

      ***** This is not something like "vaccines cause autism." I have a science background and I haven't found anything positive about Red 40. It's simply something that doesn't need to be used.

    • @EAS573182
      @EAS573182 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      ***** that's certainly a good question, but it doesn't really excuse the fact that there's still an unnecessary dye in it.

    God! Jim, why won't you work on your public speaking skills and audio recording.

    • @CDs_YouTube_
      @CDs_YouTube_ 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      I agree. When speaking a person first needs to state what the point of the speech is make a point then go back to main point make another point ext. Give your opinion supported by your points and conclude. He meanders because he tries to prove how much he knows. WE KNOW U SMART DUDE.

    • @Udodelig1
      @Udodelig1 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      I really don't try to insult, or mean this in a mean way. I love the information Jim tries to pass on to us, though it's really hard listening to him.
      Public speaking is just like weight lifting, it's not a skill which you are born with, rather a skill which you develop.
      There are many public speaking schools out there, if Jim attends one, it will be beneficial for both his product and us as his costumers.

      Benjamin Taylor He's got a condition, something in the nose I think, he said it on a comment.

    • @demetriusbam7831
      @demetriusbam7831 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Benjamin Taylor Chance Waak Firstly, he's a Scientist... not a public speaker. If you want some CEO in a fancy suit that doesn't even lift, but is a pro at "Public Speaking", giving you B.S reasons on why you should be taking their products, than be my guest. The supplement industry is flooded with those... take your pick. Secondly, he break things down in layman's terms while also attempting to explain the SCIENCE behind his suggestions. Trying to explain biochemistry to your average meat head, gym rat is not easy. Hence the reasoning for the "meandering" as you call it. Dr. Stoppani tones down the information as to try and relay in the most simplest form possible. You should all respect the time and effort that he's setting aside to try and educate, rather than crying like douche bag b**ches. Peace.

    Jim, since the BCAA's provide you with energy, will they cause your body to use them instead of your fat if you are taking them during cardio on a cut?

    • @TheVidorando
      @TheVidorando 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      yes! thats why taking BCAAs mid cardio is counterproductive when cutting...
