- This week's guest is Brighton midfielder James Milner: three-times Premier League winner, a Champions League winner and holder of 61 England caps. He's worked with some of the best managers in the business and in this episode he gives us insights into how they led, motivated and coached players.

Brilliant athlete first and foremost and one of the greats for Liverpool. He'd have been a brilliant captain of any PL team, Liverpool were lucky to have him for so long in his prime. A true testament to the phrase "Jack of all trades, master of none, but always better than a master of one". One of the greatest english football careers

James Milner gets the label of hard worker and selfless but as an actual footballer and his ability. He is a very technically sound player. Very very clean passer of a ball. His passes are always the right weight and they’re never wayward. Possibly one of the most useful assets you can have in a world class squad

Don't know what's happened at Brighton this season, seem to be blowing hot and cold, either de zerbi style of play has been sussed or players aren't getting the message,I bet the owners are loving him though, he seems to have made them a fortune with the players he's got and then had to sell
