    Yes, it’s kinda annoying having to deal with grabbing the opposite end of the rope once it’s time to switch, but I don’t see it as that big of a deal.

    For right now, i’m using a 30’ battle rope (2” thick) & have it looped over & under the 9’ & 8’ horizontal crossmembers of my rig.

    Standing is less challenging than seated, therefore configuring a setup that involves perhaps one more horizontal piece (using a racked barbell) a foot or so below the 8’ crossmember would be my initial suggestion!

    Intensity is increased by increasing the friction against the rope.

    Yes, there’s the potential for the rope to get worn out eventually bc of this…but I don’t see it being an issue for us here at Rippel Effect. If it gets to be a problem then I will probably just order the actual infinity rope attachment!
