►💪 Are you a personal trainer? Wish you spent less on continuing education credits? Me too!
That's why I spent a few dozen hours sorting them by cost in order to find the cheapest courses. You can find my results in the table below (I made it for ACE because that's who I'm certified with, but most courses apply to other organizations as well):

So far this is my favorite design I've messed with for a DIY rope pulling machine. All you need is a power rack, a barbell and some climbing rope (in this case, I'm using a battle rope).

Damn - not often I see something so simple, so new as the rope on the band - awesome! Made my night.

Haha, I always wanted to have a fridge full of 40s like that video. That might be my next piece of equipment.
      Thanks again for watching, Kevin!

“Just chill till the next episode” Haha! That was funny. And, an observation: you get all suave at the end when signing off...your trademark ending mood. Nice!

Dude, I never noticed that. I totally do that. I think I'm always just really relieved that I made it through another video without saying anything toooooo stupid :)
      Thanks Craig!

Maybe try experimenting with a one inch solid standard bar, big wooden wire spool holder, (like the one's people used in the 70's for table tops); and ball bearings on the inside of the wooden spool where the bar goes into. Also attach some rubber to the inside of the spool to keep the rope from slipping. It was a thought I had watching your insightful vid. Keep up the great work!

Love it--not sure I completely understand the full spec, but I think I follow there general concept. Thank you!

Love your creativity! So copying the option with the powerband!
Keep your 'you' in the vids--you seem approachable and like someone you'd want to have a beer with after the workout (unlike a lot of exercise videos out there!)...instead of appearing like you are trying to sell something. :)

Thanks very much! Selling stuff is too much work. I like the beer idea much better :)
