Hello, I have a beta rr 125 lc, obviously I dont have a fmf exaust but i was just wondering is it possible to remap the ecu on that bike and get more power/speed out of it? Have a nice day :)
First and foremost, I just picked up a new 24, 480 rr race edition and will be putting a OEM beta fan, on it. The new fan kits come without the thermostat switch and y- connector, but the dealer I picked it up from told me I have to take it in for them to unlock the function on the ECU after the install for it to function?
You can use the regular pump gas if you wish. We try to find non ethanol if possible, race gas is not necessary for trail riding. Enjoy the ride, Jared
Good Morning! Beta does not list the map for the RR-S, only the off road competition Race Edition models. I'm sure it has to do with the EPA. Thanks, Jared
I have a 2023 beta 390 the map switch button lights up for sun mode but not rain mode does this mean I have a bad light in the switch or does it do that when you put a race tune in it?
Hello there Iva a 2022 390rr which stopped and won’t restart even my local dealer can’t fix it I’ve got code po641 coming up I’ve change bits but still nothing have u guys any idea what to do next
hello from a subscriber. I have a 2017 with an FI light one. It was a little hard starting. I changed the fuel filter and it seems to be back to normal. How do I reset the FI light?
Good Evening! Thanks for watching our videos and we have a lot more planned so stay tuned! Beta does recommend that when the bikes come back in the shop for service that we refresh the bike with the most recent map. Not that Beta changes the maps that often but if there is an update it's always nice to have it! Keep in mind that we offer discounts on Beta parts and offer shipping so if you are in need we would be glad to work with you!
Hi, thanks for the videos! One question.. when the dealer chose the reprogramming option bst throw an error.. "error during initialization, contact the service" any idea? It works ok when he select to auto diagnostic option
Hi, where is the connector for the OBD2. I have the cable from beta but cannot see where it plugs in. Bike is 350rr 2018 4 stroke. Bike bogs on WOT and have EML light showing, would like to read the fault code. Suspect bad plug or air leak
Good Afternoon, yes this would cover the 2017 390 RR. I just checked in the Beta dealer portal and there is an FMF map for the non race edition. AS LONG as this is not the RRS model (street legal). Thanks, Jared
I have a 2019 beta 500rr-s if I am unable to find a dealer that has this tool near me is there a way you guys would be able to help with getting the correct map on my bike. and is there different maps for just the slip on and one for the header and slip on.
Good afternoon! In order for use to communicate with your ECU we have to have the whole bike present. Unfortunately it's not something that can be done out of the bike. As far as maps there is only one map for the FMF system. So it would be either stock map or FMF map. Enjoy the ride, Jared
Good evening, thanks for watching! Yes we would recommend having your bike remapped if you are ever near the dealer. We are told when bikes come in for service to reflash them! Enjoy the ride, Jared
Good Morning, thanks for checking out our channel! Our throttle system is 100% stock from Beta. I do have a few guys that prefer the quick turn throttle and that should be something I can provide to you if you wish! We do a ton of Beta parts as Beta USA has a drop shipping program where you order the parts from us and they ship directly from the headquarters! Enjoy the ride, Jared
Hello. I just purchased a 2023 350 RR Race Edition from my local dealer. It is a great bike but boils gas most of the time when riding single track trails. Is that something you have experienced? Can it be fixed through remapping with the Beta software? Or do you know of other solutions? For reference, I ride at high elevation (7k to 10k feet typically), use 89 octane pump fuel with up to 10% ethanol, and have the Beta accessory fan installed. Thanks for any help you can offer.
Good Morning! I really don't have any experience with higher elevation riding. I would reach out to Beta USA directly and they should be able to help as they get feed back from all dealers across the country! Enjoy The Ride, Jared
Hey man, I ride Colorado and had issues with this on my '21 500RR-S as well... Here is what I did to fix it: 1. Stepper motor reset at the elevation I was going to ride. (This channel has a great video on how to perform this quick / easy task) 2. Make sure your gas tank is properly vented! Lots of folks remove the green "check valve system" in the gas cap. 3. Most definitely remove the charcoal canister shenanigans as well. After I did all of the above AND made sure my bike temps were in the approved running range (my radiator fan was NOT coming on when it should have been) -- my issue went away and I was able to do slow single-track with NO gas boiling or flame-outs. I _will_ say tho that these bikes seem to really run MUCH MUCH better the closer you get to ~30hr's 😅 Good luck! 🤘🏻😎
I have a beta 2 stoke 2021 250rr , about to install the fmf phatty, and 2.1 silencer. Shpuld i do sething like that with mine or only apploes to 4 strokes
@@3SeasRecreation thanks for the response. Still have eyt to ride a new 4 stroke. Just tot back into riding after 20 years. And i was raised on the 2 smokers lol. Next bike is def got to ne a 4 stroke.
Good Morning, thanks for watching our videos! I am unaware of anyway to change the ECU on the RS models. As a dealer I wouldn't be able to recommend anything due to EPA. Thanks, Jared
Good Evening, they do not have a map for the RRS models (The ECU is blocked and we can't physically tune it) but I have spoke to the service department in the last few weeks about this and they said it will be 100% fine on the RRS to run the FMF exhaust systems with the stock maps. Thanks for the comment!
If you have a Race Edition it's not a bad thing to add the FMF map to the bike. To be honest it's not that critical to change the map. Enjoy the ride, Jared
Good Afternoon, we purchased the tool a few years ago but I don't remember how much it cost. However to activate the tool we need a code from Beta Italy and we have to renew it annually. Thanks, Jared

You stated in one of your other videos of an fmf install that you didn't need to do anything with the maps. So which one is it?

@3SeasRecreation what octane rating is recommended after the remap?
are there different maps for different types of fuel?

Thanks for the vid! Can you remap the new 22 street legal versions?

@@3SeasRecreation What would happen if you put an off-road comp RE map on an RRS? would you recon it would run correctly, hypothetically of course!

Hi, Thanks for all the Videos!! I have a 21 500RRS all stock. Any advantages to a Re-Flash on a 21 500?

Would this cover a 2017 390RR (non-RE)? Thanks in advance

Can you re map a 2023 rrs model ?

Can the idle speed be adjusted on these bikes?

Stock OEM map right from Beta USA
How can I get the Beta tool
