I have body dysmorphia. But in the other direction. I have been thin most of my life. And since giving birth I have gained a lot of weight. I still see myself as relatively thin. When in reality I'm much bigger. Sometimes reality hits me when I see myself in the reflection of a store window. It's not comfortable to live in either. Because I'm having a hard time taking charge of losing this weight because of that.
