I got an email from the descion making centre saying they will re look and reconsider my application even if its straight forward it could take several months. I have sent a pap whats the next step whats the outcome after 14 days
I was refused a tourist visa to the United Kingdom. I renewed it for two years and was banned for ten years on charges that the file was forged or something like that. They did not inform me of the document that they complained was forged. For your information, I had a tourist visa before and visited the Kingdom twice. Is there a solution, please? I want the ban to be lifted for years unjustly

Hi, I have a question. I am a British citizen by descent. My two older children were born outside UK. I have a toddler born in UK and he is British. I am traveling to the UK to do my masters and PHD. I applied for ILR for my two older children even though their dad is Canada and provided a letter that he can’t take care of them, they refused the VISA. I provided letters in my application from Family that they can’t take care of my children. But the caseworker said it’s refused because they believe that there are other family members who could take care of them until their father comes next year. Even though there isn’t. What would you advise me to do? I will start my masters in September and I need my children with me
I am from Nigeria,I applied for a student dependent AR on the 2nd of December 2022, decision overturned June 12 2023 payed additional IHS June 15 2023 and I submitted my passport with a copy of my overturned decision letter even without receiving passport submission mail on Monday, July 24th 2023 at the VAC..is over 2 months and I'm yet to receive any update as to when I will get my passport back. I email tls I was told that my passport is at the dmc center, I Have done so many paid mail/calls but the UKVI contact centre isn't helpful and just gives generic answers while refusing to escalate to the appropriate quarters. My AR process has taken approximately 10months and 3 weeks ,Please could you kindly give details on the processing time for visas after a successful administrative review when a refusal decision has been overturned ? Should I be worried ? I my getting my visa since my decision is overturned pls I need your professional advice
hi, i applied represantative of an overseas business visa march 2022. home office refused my aplication june 2022 and i applied administrative review. my AR application has succed april 2023. home office asked updated business documents and i sent them may 2023. i couldnt get the decision yet. we sent a pre-action protocol letter end of january 2024. home office respond in 14 days and they noticed "The Secretary of State has reviewed your request regarding the delay on your client’s application. However, it is not possible to provide a timescale for completion of the application at this time. The issues raised in your representations have been noted and escalated to the relevant team." could you tell me what will happen now, how long does it take to have a decision. how should i do ?

Hi If I took more than the period allowed for them to make a decision, which is nine months, according to the current period in the family reunion visa, can I file a complaint against them? Because they responded to Emile that (experiencing delays within our processin)

Depends on how busy courts are, also depends if this is an in-country appeal or an out-of-country appeal, which one is yours? and who lodged the appeal?
