How to fix DirectX Error Crashing FIFA 23 On PC (FIFA 23 Is Shutting Down)
In this video, I will be showing you how to fix the FIFA 23 DirectX error on your Windows 10 /11 PC or laptop, which you may notice is happening after opening a pack. If you launch the game then you may have the DirectX error in FIFA 23 pop up and crash your game back to the desktop. You will get a message saying "FIFA 23 is shutting down" and a DirectX error that says "DirectX funtion "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED. This error is usually caused by the graphics driver crashing". Don't panic as this can be easily fixed, which I show you how to do in this video.

Buying fifa23 ultimate Edition was a big mistake

I fixed it. If you're running an Nvidia GPU then got to the Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3d Settings > Program Setting and use the drop down bar to select Fifa 23. Now in the setting scroll down and find Automatic Display Switching. It's either set to On or Use Global Settings. Make sure you set that to just Off and then hit Apply at the bottom and play Fifa 23

Imagine playing Division Rivals and winning, but the game decided to say "Nope" and give you this crash.

Everything is up to date and this still happens. I happened on FIFA 22 it happens on 23 as well

FYI: It can also be caused by GSync being enabled on a monitor recognized as Generic Monitor PnP, update your monitor driver so you can enable GSync and stop crashing.
